Our host, Patricia, was very responsive and gracious and provided great communication. We enjoyed the pool, spa, water slide, and restaurant. Our kids also loved the ice cream shop. We are grateful to Patricia for responding to all of our messages so quickly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Patricia as a host. She did a great job decorating the rooms and making it a fun place to stay.

Bedding

The place was great except for the beds the full bed under the bunk frame was broken and the mattress would sink in a hole not fit to sleep in. My 1 family member had to sleep on the couch. The twin beds in the second room the mattresses were extremely thin this is totally unacceptable please change before you rent out again thank god for the queen and king as we doubled up as we slept 4 in the king and 2 in the queen as of now not worth the price tighten up please

Great Stay, Awesome Location!

This was a great family trip with my sister and our children. The Property was as described, there were a lot of space for everyone to be super comfy. Neighborhood was clean and safe! Host is very prompt with communication and very helpful! We will definitely book her again! Con: no dishwasher

FL vacation

Nice place! Check-in process could be easier with the gate and needing blue wrist bands to enter gates. Pool facilities awesome!! Couple minor things, property manager replies and able to assist very quickly.

Great Stay!

First off, Patricia, the owner, was phenomenal. From the beginning, she was in contact with us, and responded very quickly to my messages. Overall, we only stayed here for 2 nights, but enjoyed everything about it. It was my wife and I, along with our three kiddos (ages 7, 5 & 2). Our second day we went to Magic Kingdom, which was only about 25 minutes away, so it was super convenient staying here. The condo is large, with 4 bedrooms (including 2 masters). We didn't spend a ton of time in the condo, but I will say (and not to nit-pick), it could definitely use some updating. The beds were comfy and it was very clean, which is really all that mattered to us. Also, the AC was nice and cold! My only real knock on the place was that we had to pay ~$22/day in resort fees when we checked in, which was a surprise. I could have missed this somewhere in the listing, but I don't recall reading it anywhere. It's not a huge deal, but kind of felt a little ridiculous. We never even used the pool (or anything outside of the condo). We've stayed in/around this area 3 times in 4 years and have never had to pay any daily resort fees anywhere. Just be prepared or maybe ask ahead of time. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend to friends/family? Sure would. The condo was reasonably priced for the space that you get. Absolute Gem of a place !

My family and I loved this place. It’s very big , lots of room for a big family. 2 of the 4 bedrooms had ensuites. And one a balcony. The other two bedrooms were very spacious as well. Kids especially loved the Disney themed rooms. Place was very clean and in a beautiful gated resort community. Super close to all the stores and resultants, as well as Disney and Universal. We loved the pool and lazy River as well as the resort activities and restaurant. A definite hit with the family and we were sad to leave. Host was super friendly and responsive. I have already recommended it to friends to book who are planning a trip for the Fall. We look forward to visiting again soon !

Poor set up

Place had no dishwasher but advertised one. No wash cloths in any bathroom . No toilet paper for the bath rooms. Stains on comforters just not what it seems . The pictures are not what you get when you arrive. And if you like cold and like warm water to bath and shower in this place has it . 1 star out of 5 from me

Fantastic place !

Love this place. It’s super close to the parks and everything you could need. The resort itself has so much to do. Love the water park areas and arcade ! Food is great at restaurant. The house itself is very roomy . Lots of space for our family and the kids loved the character themed rooms. Just was friendly and responsive. Will stay again !

My family and I enjoyed staying and the owner was wonderful! We had everything we needed and she was willing to provide anything, if we found we were in need of anything. The location is great. Check-in was easy. Will come again.

I’ve stayed at Regal Palms before but my experience was awesome! Would definitely stay again when visiting the area. Communication is the key. The owner made our group of 9 feel welcomed. She provided instructions throughly! Pots and pans available. Kitchen utensils available. The kids decorated rooms was a hit! Love the bunk beds and the single bed in one room. Everything just as described. She even provided a box of pizza for the the kiddos!! Oh inflatables floats for the pool also available. Love my stay!!

Great escape from daily life

We had a lovely stay! The kids played at the pool, watched TV and enjoyed the arcade in property. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a grocery store. We were able to enjoy time together and relax with no time pressures! We will definitely be back to visit 😊

Staying at this home is absolutely amazing the staff is great checking process and check out is easy! the owner is responsive she’s thorough she give you all the instructions information that you need the house is clean plenty of towel so you don’t even have to pay the $10 fee from the resort to use the towels the lazy River is awesome it’s quiet peaceful great we’ll definitely be back for a third time

Had a great time

This property fit our needs while on vacation in Orlando. It was close to Disney World and Universal Studios and we appreciated that everyone had their own space instead of 6 people (3 adults and 3 kids) being crammed into a small hotel room. During our stay there was a bad storm and the whole Regal Palms community lost power (while we were off property) but the property manager called us immediately to let us know and to give us instructions on what to do and how long the outage was estimated to be. It was nice to be prepared and armed with information! Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Beautiful and convenient

My family and I really enjoyed this place . It had everything we needed in the house and on property . The beds were comfy and location fantastic . The resort itself was pretty cool. Lots for couples and kids from swimming pools , water slides , last river, mini golf , cafes and restaurants . Host was very accommodating and friendly. Will recommend for family and friends in future.

Awful experience. Don’t book this unit.

Never have I ever had an experience like this. The homeowner was absolutely horrible. Day one we checked in and didn’t know how to lock the front door because directions on door said one thing but lock was a different kind than what it said. We contacted the owner who said just wait and it locks itself after 5 min. I’m like, I have to wait 5 min for a door to lock? She got upset by my question and said my kids were banging on lock. First off, I was there the whole time, second of all my kids are grown and know better. The lock was super cheap and could be broken into since the owner did not screw the lock into the door jam so it was just hanging there. A simple butter knife and people can enter unit. We did not feel safe and never left our valuable items. Next, is another thing that really made me go “wow”. In the townhouse there was one roll of toilet paper. If you used your roll you were forced to go by your own. Yep you read that correct. Sad part is it wasn’t even a full roll. Then, there was no soap to wash dishes (had to buy own again). No dishwasher to sanitize the dishes that you just used. By the second day we used paper plates which we purchased. Let’s not even talk about garbage. If you used your one garbage bag then you once again had to go buy your own. I’m on vacation, who brings their own toilet paper, dish soap, and garbage bags? The house itself was also in rough shape and very cheaply furnished. The drawers for the dressers were either broken, missing handles or just not functioning. When I opened the closet in a room, it fell on me since the hinge was broken. For a 4 bedroom house you would expect room for at least a family of 6 to fit when downstairs watching tv or just talking. The couch was not even big enough for a family of 4 to fit and harder than a rock. Most of the time when we were downstairs we had to sit on the floor. Only 4 people can eat at the cheap table bc it was big enough for anything more nor would it hold much. The bottom floor master was also weird. It had a door open to outside where you heard everything and everyone. The water for the shower was opposite for hot and cold which lead us to believe that the hot water wasn’t working. It wasn’t until the next day that I tried the opposite.

Amazing love this place !

Convenient

Convenient location to the parks. 1 hour from the airport and an hour from Cocoa Beach. Gated community with a pool, lazy river and slide, arcade, ice cream parlor, food and drinks also available. Residence was very clean with lots of room. The owner was extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend…
