Our multi-generational family (grandparents, middle-aged adults, teens, and children) spent four nights here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication prior to arrival was excellent; the check-in process was seamless; the home was clean and organized, as advertised; and the property instructions were clear. We had plenty of space to spend time as a family and also have privacy when needed. And the pool and hot tub were great. The only challenge we encountered was with the WiFi and internet access in the neighborhood. The WiFi at the home was okay, but once outside of the home, there didn’t appear to be access for miles. Beyond that, this was a fantastic accommodation and we look forward to returning in the future!

I can’t say enough positive about this property! Everything was exactly as it was in the listing. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with any utensils/appliance/dishes that you would want! Very clean and spacious! Large pool area with lots of space for suntanning. We throughly enjoyed the pool and spa. The movie theater was awesome! Easy check in. Liz was always available via text if we had any questions. As well, notified us of anything happening on or nearby the resort! And always quick to respond. We stayed at Solterra on 2 previous occasions but found that the resort was much busier this time. We really enjoyed the pool/lazy river/water slide at the main area! Overall, we had an awesome vacation and would highly recommend staying at Liz’s place!

Perfect layout for our family gathering! It is just outside of Disney enough, to be away from all that local traffic! Davenport is up and coming with brand new restaurants, shopping and developments popping up all over. The house itself was great. Clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool is a slice of Heaven ! They invested in the pool area extension, so there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy relaxing by the pool, day and night. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 bathrooms) and 1 Queen bedroom (w a bathroom) downstairs- perfect for my mother, who can’t climb stairs any longer. Our teens loved the game room! We did have some minor glitches w the WiFi, due to storms hitting the area, but Liz (our hostess) was on top of everything! Very easy to work with! We texted any questions we had, and she always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again! The only criticism we have, is with the resort itself. Although the clubhouse, excersize room and lazy river are great, they have an antiquated system for entering the property, resulting in unnecessary lines to re-enter. Hopefully, over time and enough complaints, they will come up w a much smoother system - they really need it. Other than that, we highly recommend and are jealous we can't stay w you ! (Joking)

We all had a great time at Pilgrim‘s Paradise. The location was ideal for traveling around the area. Liz was a great and attentive host. The pool and hot tub were outstanding. The open floor plan for the living room and kitchen was perfect for hanging out inside after a long day.
