Poolside escape near Disney. Short walk to resort pool area!

This 2021 build features 6 beds, 6 bath and sleeps 14 in the well known Champions Gate Resort gated community. Designed with every detail to make your vacation experience exceptional. Prepare meals inside or out with the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. There is fun for everyone in the expansive game room, complete with video arcade machine, billiards table, foosball, high top bar tables, and tv to catch a game or movie. The outdoor private screened pool and spa is equipped with a safety fence to keep the little ones safe. Plenty of amenities to make traveling with young ones easier such as high chair, crib, pack-n-play, umbrella stroller, double stroller, and more. If your looking for even more fun the association Oasis Club is complete with two resort pools, lazy river, tiki bar, splash pad, beach volley ball, fitness center, movie theatre, and restaurant. Private cabanas can be rented upon request.

All travelers will need to be listed on agreement. Guests who fail to comply with guest limit or rules listed will be kindly asked to leave without refund.

Fantastic house!

Beautiful house and excellent layout, accommodating our group of 10 comfortably. Kids enjoyed the game room, and everyone loved the heated pool and spa. Oasis Club has awesome community pool and bar as well. Kyle was responsive every step of the way. Overall, it was an outstanding stay!

Great Vacation home

This was a great spot to stay for an Orlando area vacation. The house itself is just a short walk to the resort water park which is brand new. The lovely tennis courts and golf course are only a few hundred yards away. The house was one of my favourites we have stayed in. It was really well equipped, so good for families with babies, and had a fun pool and spa. Definitely would try to book this again if we stay on the Orlando area!

Outstanding communication and attentiveness!!!!

Our kids loved this property. The pool table, foosball table, retro arcade game, pool, and hot tub were hits. The owner helped us out when we had car rental and air flight issues as well. We would definitely stay here again. :) EXCELLENT!!!!!!

Fantastic home

Home was amazing! Immaculate home in quiet community, beautiful pool, great game room, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well stocked, cribs/strollers/high chairs in the home for use- host thought of every detail! Hosts were friendly and responded quickly to messages. Great for family or group of families/friends! Highly recommend!

Excellent property!

Beautiful, spacious house! The kids loved the themed bedrooms. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The only issue we dealt with was that this area is a bit further south and we had LOTS of traffic on I-4 with construction. Hopefully they will finish that project soon!

Perfect Family Rental

We rented this house for an extended family vacation, and there was enough space for all 12 of us to stay without feeling like we were on top of each other. The house is exceptionally clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to easily cook/prep meals instead of eating out every night. The private pool and game room were a hit with everyone...there was always something to do! We also enjoyed having access to the 2 different pools and waterslides within Championsgate. Disney and Universal were a short car ride away, which was perfect! Highly recommend this property if you are vacationing with a large family group, or even with a few smaller families looking to share a house.

Excellent House

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The beds are very comfortable and furnished nicely. The kitchen is well stocked. The grill worked great. The pool is wonderful and was great with kids. There is a Publix close by. If going to Disney take the back roads not I4, you will save a lot of time. Kyle and Lindsay are wonderful to work with and always. quick replies. Their communication from the start was great. I’d rent again especially from them.

Grown up getaway

We are 3 siblings and spouses who took a weekend getaway without the kids. This house was perfect for us! It was a beautiful layout, simple and appealing decor, clean and well put together. The game room was great. Each couple had our own king suite and bathroom, and there was enough space for us all to spread out in the patio and pool area too. Restaurants, shopping were nearby. Getting to downtown Orlando was easy, but we were also not in a congested area so driving to different places was super easy. We were close to a beautiful golf course, had clubhouse access. Our host, Kyle, was responsive when we had questions, suggested some great places to eat and was so attentive. He and his wife really made us feel welcome. I am glad we chose to stay at the house instead of going to a hotel. We were looking for a getaway to relax and enjoy the good weather, and our stay here was better than we had hoped for. The decision to stay at the house was perfect and It was really fantastic! We would absolutely do it again. 😀 Thank you Kyle and Lisa!

AMAZING Property

This property was AMAZING!!! Everything was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed every bit of it. The location and parking was perfect and all the kids, as well as, the adults have a wonderful time in the pool and game room. Kyle and Lindsey were amazing host and from our first interaction with them were so nice and attentive to our group. For example, the internet went down due to a storm in the area on Sunday and they sent me a message letting me know that was down and the time the internet was supposed to be back working. We did not expect that and it made us want to come back and went from them in the future. You cannot go wrong with this property...it is amazing and we truly enjoyed our stay!
