The Space

Whether you're taking a mid-day break from the parks or enjoying a full resort rest day, our townhome is built for groups to spread out and enjoy effortless relaxation together.

Slip into your private screened splash pool, and soak up the Florida sun on the covered lanai with life-sized games, its outdoor dining table, daybed, charcoal BBQ grill and zero-gravity loungers. Step out the lanai's screen door and you're on the lakeside walking path, perfect for a sunset stroll.

Gather in the open-concept living room where natural light pours across spacious living areas, or arouse your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen to prepare gourmet meals in between your exciting excursions. Past the stairs, the ground floor opens up: the dining area straight ahead, the kitchen to the right and the living room beyond it, with sliding glass doors just past the dining table opening onto the pool lanai. The living room has plush seating and a 65" OLED Roku TV that streams Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Peacock and Paramount+, plus live Spectrum cable, and the gamers in your group will find an Xbox ready to go.

The foodies will love the spacious and fully-stocked chef's kitchen: stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, microwave and full cookware. Plus, spices, oil, and other staples to simplify your grocery run. The dining table seats 8, and 4 more fit at the breakfast bar alongside it, so the whole group can share a meal together.

"Okay, Google": the smart home has a keyless smart lock for contactless check-in, a smart thermostat, and 1 Gig mesh Wi-Fi that reaches every room and even the pool.

Sleeping Layout & Bathrooms

Every bedroom has luxury plank floors, a ceiling fan and a smart TV.

Just inside the front door, before the stairs, a short passage leads to the Purple Room and its bath. The route is step-free from the accessible parking space, up the ramp to the front porch and over a threshold ramp. The Purple Room has a king with a 14" Novilla hybrid mattress, two closets and a flat-screen TV. The full bath has a 32" clearance and a shower with grab bars and a small step in; a shower chair and raised toilet seat are available on request.

Upstairs, the Blue Room is your serene primary suite: a gloriously comfortable king-sized Purple mattress, a desk with a rolling chair, a dresser and a Roku TV. The private ensuite has a shower, a soaking tub, a dual-sink vanity and a private water closet.

Continue down the hall, past the full-size washer and dryer (with laundry supplies included), to two more spacious, beautifully styled guest bedrooms thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort and restful nights.

The Teal Room has a king bed, a dresser and a desk with an ergonomic chair for when you need some laptop time, or you can put your feet up with the Roku TV.

The Red Room has two twins plus a pull-out trundle, perfect for kids or grown-ups in the mood for a slumber party, with plenty of closet and dresser space.

The living room sofa also opens into a full-size bed.

◆ Parking for up to 4 vehicles (designated unit spot + unnumbered resort spots). No RVs, trailers, buses or commercial vehicles (resort rule).

◆ Pool Heat: Heated to 85°F and included October through May at no extra charge, and any other time of year a cool spell calls for it. Just ask!

◆ Home Supplies: We provide complimentary home supplies kit (toilet paper, paper towel roll, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap) to cover your basic needs during your stay.

◆ Pack 'n Play, stroller and high chair available at no charge.

◆ This is a 2-story townhome; the upper bedrooms are up a flight of stairs, and there is one step down to the pool lanai.

◆ The resort requires every guest over 2 and every vehicle to be registered for gate access. We make it simple through Happy Guest, a secure, app-free page where you'll also sign the rental agreement, verify ID and find your guest portal with house info and our favorite local spots.
