Villa Privato Per Affitti

Hunts Florida Villa è una splendida villa situata in una divisione sub chiamato Slivercreek. La nostra villa si trova a circa 15 minuti dal cancello principale Disney ed è vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali. E 'completamente arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una fantastica vacanza in Florida.

La villa dispone di un totale di 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Compreso:

· Una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno en-suite

· Una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno en-suite

· Due camere doppie (ragazzi / ragazze)

· Una camera da letto completa

· Un bagno di famiglia.

Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Tutte le camere sono dotate di uno schermo piatto T. V

La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha tutto il necessario. Compresi i elettrodomestici di base:

· Frigo, con un distributore di acqua e ghiaccio

· Microonde

· Fornello / forno

· Lavastoviglie

· Kettle

· Tostapane

· Macchina per il caffè

· Impianto di smaltimento dei rifiuti

In cucina c'è un tavolo da pranzo a 4 posti, con un bar per la colazione 2 posti. Vi è anche un grande 6 posti tavolo da pranzo si trova nella sala da pranzo open space / soggiorno.

Il garage è stato trasformato in una sala giochi. La sala giochi ha un tavolo da biliardo, canestro tiro e un tavolo da calcio. La lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano anche nel garage.

La villa ha la sua piscina esterna chiusa privata e spa. Con un salotto all'aperto, tra cui sedie a sdraio. La zona piscina coperta è stato recentemente ampliato, per cui vi è abbondanza di spazio per rilassarsi al sole.

La casa è stato recentemente aggiornato e rinnovato con mobili moderni. Come ad esempio divani in pelle e TV a schermo piatto. Le due camere doppie sono state decorate con colori luminosi come divertimento per bambini camere da letto.



La villa dispone anche di supermercati e distributori di benzina nelle vicinanze, tra cui Walmart, Publix e un 7 undici.

Di fronte alla villa si trova un'area giochi pubblici per bambini, che comprende un telaio di arrampicata con scivolo e altalene per i bambini a giocare.

The only thing wrong with the property is that it does not actually have a hot tub. The water was colder than the pool. In the guide book they offer it says you can pay extra for someone to come out and heat it with a solar cover but it would only last 24 hrs and it was for the hot tub and pool. Also why would I want to pay more for what is already supposed to be an amenity. We didn't want the pool to be warm just the hot tub and Ive never heard of a hot tub only able to be hot for 24 hrs. The jets work just no hot water its like a jacuzzi but no warm water, doesn't make sense. Honestly I probably would have went somewhere else if I had known this.

Left early due to cockroaches

Though the host quickly responded to concerns, didn’t feel comfortable from the time we arrived. Felt that the place wasn’t nearly as clean as it should be. Air vents caked in dust, mold in the grout in shower, pool dirty….then the cockroaches! I know bugs happen, but I just cant deal with the creepy crawly’s where I sleep! The host did have the pest control guy come to the house, but seeing them everywhere, I just couldn’t deal. The cockroaches continued to come out. We ended up leaving 4 nights early and stayed at a hotel instead. Lots of rooms for large groups, which is good. Neighborhood felt safe and was nice.

Quiet area

The location was great. We were able to go to Disney but then leave for a quieter atmosphere. Very convenient to Walmart and restaurants. Outside of a little extra dusting, home accomated all of our needs.Due to rain we were able to use the pool but kids had the game room and plenty of channels to keep them entertained.

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and the house was perfect for our trip. 3 of our days were spent at the parks so we didnt get to utilize the pools as much as we wanted. We did use the game room and pool for our last few days and it was pefect. The house was clean and as expected. Neil was great with communication and answered questions I had quickly.

Great location with tons of room for whole family

Amazing host who went above and beyond. Home offered plenty of room for us to spread out. Family loved the game room. It was an amazing bonus. It’s a little bit of drive to get to Universal Studios but we knew this when we booked. There is excellent access to get anything you may need. There is Walmart, Walgreens, tons of restaurants and even an urgent care and a free standing emergency room within 5min of the house. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area! Thank you!

The home is exactly as listed. Neil was communicative when we needed. Only thing was not being able to turn the thermostat down past 72. We are not used to the humidity and definitely felt uncomfortable at times. But the ceiling fans did help!

Great House, Exactly as Listed

Everything was wonderful; all amenities were as listed. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. There was enough room for everyone as far as sleeping arrangements and eating together. There were enough plates/mugs/utensils for everyone. There is even a Keurig coffeemaker! The host replied to questions and requests within minutes. We were missing dishwasher detergent and he brought that over within an hour of me messaging him. He also brought extra trash bags and heated the pool at no charge. If we ever travel to Orlando area with such a large group again, I'd be happy to stay at this property. The only thing is, it is very far from Universal Studios (about 40 minutes without traffic).

All the comforts of home

I would like to start with "Kindness and Constructive criticism can go a long way. These reviews are

First, I do feel the home was lovely. The location was convenient. The price was not bad at all. I do also feel however the following things could have made the experience better. A few remotes did not have batteries and others had only one. The refrigerator was not getting cold. The pool jacuzzi would not turn on. There were small roaches roaming around, as a previous reviewer indicates. We were not comfortable with the temperature the AC was locked on, which was adjusted a couple of times. The owner did address these issues in a timely matter. I do feel however, some of these issues could have been taken care of prior to our arrival into the home and not at the time when we are trying to get settled. Owner did address most issues, as we contacted him. We did feel that at times he was not focused on the "main" issue at hand. For example, when it was brought to his attention that the internet was not functioning. His attention seemed to be focused on the amount of people that were in the home at the time the internet went out. These things are not related. He then indicated that there was an outage in the area, which appeared to be only at the home we were in. I would have not wished to have contacted the owner the number of times that we did. In the future, I would say focusing on the main things and making improvements on preparing for the quest arrival would allow communication to flow better. Not very clean

The property is as advertised and has good amenities. However I had major issues with cleanliness and bugs. There were tons of roaches of all ages especially in the kitchen on countertops in dishwasher, everywhere. After notifying the property owner pest control was promptly sent to spray but it was a little to late as the roaches has been here for a while and were thriving. The rugs and floors were in need of cleaning. Due to this I did not feel comfortable during my stay.

This was a perfect home for our family to stay in for our trip to DisneyWorld! It is spacious & was very well laid out for the needs of our group. I really appreciated that it looked just like the online pictures. We had a couple of questions during the week and the owner/manager was extremely prompt to address anything we asked.
