Professionally Designed 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Disney Themed Townhome w/Private Pool

Come stay with us for your Ultimate Disney vacation! Adults and children will love our professionally designed Disney Themed Townhome.

The main level features subtle Disney themes in the common areas. The large kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, mickey mouse waffle maker, and fun Disney themed dishes to enhance your experience.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a Gorgeous King Size bed with plush, luxurious linens, & flat screen television. The en suite bathroom offers a large walk in shower and vanity with double sinks.

As you go upstairs you will enter our Toy Story Themed loft living room featuring a 65 inch smart tv. You will also find two additional bedrooms. (The Pirate room & The Princess Room)

Our Pirate Room features two twin Pirate Ship beds. There is a wall mounted television and masterfully story telling mural with light show.

Our magical and elegant Princess Room was designed to make every girl feel special. Features a Luxurious Queen bed fit for a princess. We even have Frozen, Moana, and Fairy costumes to borrow for the parks.

No detail was overlooked to make your experience fun and relaxing for a true vacation getaway for all ages.

Our home is sure to please Disney fans of all ages. Located directly off Interstate 4 in Orlando, Florida, Festival is only 5 miles from Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom® and Epcot® exits, and just minutes from Sea World®, Wet & Wild®, Universal's Islands of Adventure® and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter(tm). Orlando's spectacular variety of shopping, dining and recreational opportunities are practically at your doorstep.

Summer fun times with family.

Great house. Exactly how it is described and better in person! Kitchen, pool, bathrooms, everything to the last detail was in excellent condition! Our family had a great time! We forgot something at the house and we were contacted by our host and we picked it up. We will come back at soon as we can!! Love all the Disney details all around the house!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! The photos honestly don’t do it justice — it’s even more beautiful in person. The decor is stunning, and the whole place felt welcoming and comfortable. My granddaughter absolutely LOVED the princess room — it made her trip extra special! I reached out to the owner with a question, and she responded pleasantly and promptly. We had no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Christmas at Disney

Overall the stay was great, due to the hurricane in October we had to reschedule but the host was wonderful and made sure everything was taken care of and that we were able to move the dates without any issues. I would definitely stay here again with my family or friends. My only complaint would be that we paid for the heated pool but wasn’t able to enjoy swimming due to the pool not being heated and/or working. No refund was offered for paying to hear the pool but it was okay, my daughter still had a blast for the holiday.

Wonderful Vacation

This place was perfect for our Disney trip. Loved the decor. The pool was nice after a long day at the parks. My girls loved their rooms. Close to Disney. Grocery nearby. We did have to buy toilet paper, not an issue, just be prepared to bring extra. Everything else we needed was there.

Great

Really nice condo with a soaker pool. Everything in there is new, and high-end. The beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. We had really good communication with the property manager. The location is ok. The development is nice, and the resort has some nice amenities. They have a lot more wildlife here than in other places Ive stayed, so we enjoyed that. Because Orlando has horrible traffic, the location is about 20-25 minutes from Disney, and the same distance from Rt 192. They do have a Publix and bunch of store nearby if you dont travel to those areas. Overall we were pleased.

This property is really nice.

This property is a townhouse so it is a little small. The pool is small but our 2 grandsons ( ages 4 and 6) loved it. The house is impressive, everything is quality and Disney is everywhere. If your family are Disney fans they will love this home. Jenn was awesome to deal with although we never had any issues we had to reach out for. Thanks for having us, we would definitely come back

Fantastic Property

Loved the decor and all the comforts of home. Jennifer was very attentive and helpful. Check-in was kinda rough but we got through it. Overall I would stay here again.

Adorable townhouse

Super cute and themed bedrooms, nice quiet neighborhood. All the essentials were there, It does not have a Keurig coffee maker, but it does have a regular coffee maker, it also did not have a waffle maker of any kind, but that wasn't a big deal to us. The only thing that bothered me was we had 3 rolls of toilet paper for a 9-day stay for 4 people. Also if you want the pool heated make sure to ask for it when booking, it just makes it easier. Jennifer was very responsive to messages, we would stay here again.

AMAZED

This was the best rental experience my family & I shared together. First off the home is decorated so nice, you almost never want to leave. Cleanness 10/10! Owner was so responsive and helpful, even the cleaning team who came afterwards were so nice. Our vacation was a great experience, the rental was a main reason for those feelings. We recommend you to stay! You won’t regret. Dollar General, Walmart, Great restaurants & all the parks are nearby or in great distance.

Clean, Comfortable, Cozy!!!

This townhouse is very spacious, the location was great!!! Everything is up to date and clean. The owner was very accommodating. The pool was clean and lots of fun! We really enjoyed the patio area and it has a bathroom outside so you don’t track water inside. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need. Fresh towels, new linen, and the decor really makes you feel as though you are at a mini resort. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and upon returning will see if the host has this home available again!!!
