Enjoy an exciting and yet relaxing Disney vacation in a lovely single family home, 4 Bedrooms/ 3 Baths, screened-in heated pool and jacuzzi (pool/spa heat separate charge), pool table, ROKU Smart TV's in every bedroom, living room, garage. Perfect for a family vacation. Why be cramped in a hotel room, when you and your family can enjoy yourselves in a beautiful home.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, crock pot and all the accessories you'll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack.

Game room with TV/DVD, pool table, foosball and board games. Sports equipment available for use in the park out your back door. You have basketball, tennis, putting green and playground area available in the park. In addition to being minutes from Disney, this home provides quick and easy access to the main highways leading to all of central Florida's attractions. Conveniently located within two miles, you will find grocery stores, 24 hour Walgreen's Pharmacy, along with many popular restaurants such as Outback Steak house. Miller's Ale House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Pizza, Texas Road House, Joe's Crab House, Olive Garden, Outback Steak house, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chuy's Mexican restaurant and more!!! The entrance to Mystic Dunes Golf course is three minutes from our home and their are many other golf courses within 10 to 15 minutes! The New Margaritaville Water Park is minutes away.

We stayed at this house for 10 days in the beginning of November. We came to go to Disney and Universal. This was my first time staying in a VRBO and I will say that we had a great experience. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed. It was kept it great condition and we enjoyed the hot tub. It is really close to Disney parks and only about 30 minutes from Universal Parks. The hosts were great communicating with us for any concerns we had. We would definitely recommend staying at this house and would stay again.

Our family had such a lovely stay! The home was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. Extra towels, pool toys, comfy sofas to watch a large selection of films, coffee machine, hairdryers in each bathroom. Children enjoyed the games room with a pool table. The beds were super comfy, and the pool area was absolutely fab, lots of outdoor seating — perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks. The location couldn’t have been better either, close to plenty of restaurants, Walmart, and lots of great little gift shops. A truly wonderful place to unwind and feel at home. Communication with Grace and Jerry was easy and friendly throughout the stay.

Wonderful Stay as usual

We stay at this home every time we come to Orlando it is like home away from home. My family loves the home and all it has to offer. Close to Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Will book again on our next visit.

Perfect vacation home

Everything was great! We stayed for a week, the house is so comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning! Absolutely phenomenal!!!

The communications prior to our stay was a nice touch and allowed us to not worry about our vacation.The property, inside and out, was immaculate! The accommodations are spacious, and the pool and hot tub are a welcome place to unwind after a couple of long and active days. Location was great, out of the way from main traffic but very easy to get to stores for supplies and the main attractions like Disney and Discovery Cove.Thank you for helping make our vacation such an enjoyable trip!

Outstanding residence and great location.

Perfect for a family. Our grandchildren loved the pool. We loved the quiet privacy of the yard with no neighbors behind. Quick 15 minutes to Disney and 25-30 minutes to Universal, 1 hour to Cocoa Beach. Good fast foods, restaurants, and a Walmart nearby. Super clean and felt at home. We would reserve again in a heartbeat!

Nice house

We only stayed a few days but the house was kept nice and we liked it. I bit annoying with the alarm for the pool doors, that needs a fix (the plastic cover kept falling off). Great location and close to the toll road.

Fortune favors the Brave

Sadly, Milton made landfall the same day we were to arrive at this home. The owner was wonderful and in contact with updates. Thankfully there was minimal damage, the power came back on the day after and our Disney/Universal vacation was saved. The home was just what we needed. Plenty of space for our family group of 8. The pool was a hit at the end of the long days at the parks. The hot tub was a life saver for the adults!! everyone enjoyed the rec room. Thanks so much for all you did to help make our trip a success.

My whole family loved it!

Super close to everything Disney. Loved having the privacy of a home after an exhausting day at Disney. All 5 people could get a bath and not run out of hot water. The kids LOVED the pool. We had everything we needed. My sister is coming to FL in a few months and we recommended her this home to stay. ❤️

Things that are a challenge

The house is ok once you spend a lot of time figuring things out. One challenge was getting to the pool. The door from the kitchen has to be kicked opened. The sliding door has no instructions on how to unlock it. And the alarm on all 3 doors is very annoying. Then the hot tub is really not a hot tub, it is more a kids pool that is heated. The tub is no more than 2 feet deep. Hot tubs are usually 4 feet deep with a ledge to sit on. This one you sit on the bottom of the tub with the filters. Not good for older people who have problems getting up off the ground. BBQ had propane, but the burners would not light. Called the management company and they never responded.

Amazingly peaceful!

This property is exactly as listed. There were no surprises. Kitchen had was amply supplied with all the utensils and cooking equipment needed for us to make meals at the house. There was also plenty of plates and bowls and silverware for us all. The pool and hot tub and the whole back yard are very enjoyable. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. But the best part of this house is the customer service from booking until after check out. We will book again!

Well Appointed Home for Families

We are a value conscious family, and this was a wonderful house for our family of four! Upon entering the home, the first thing you will notice is how clean it is. I never thought that I had to wipe down anything or wash anything before I used it. The floors are great, and there is no carpet, which I really liked. We were able to spend long days at the parks and then come back and relax in the evenings at the pool. It was so nice to be able to spread out in the house! Having three bathrooms made the night time routine so much easier. The kitchen had all needed items, like spatulas, forks, spoons, mugs, etc. We also utilized the washer/dryer as to not come back with a bunch of sweaty clothes. The TVs had so many channels! There's a fun bonus room in the garage with foosball and pool. The owners were very receptive to questions and quick to respond. The parks were close to the house and an easy drive. I'd recommend this home to anyone who likes a good value, values cleanliness, and just wants to relax.
