Welcome to our brand new Minions House located in Spectrum Plus at Reunion. Our brand new townhome is a stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom. It is located only 12 minutes from Disney. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.. It just got built this year (2024) and decorated by a professional interior designer.
The primary has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed and is sharing a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom is The Minions themed and is set up with 1 set of bunk beds (2 full mattresses accommodating up to 4 kids our young adults). The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishware, ustensils, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker. All bedrooms have smart TV's. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. The lounge downstairs is spacious and has a wonderful view on the patio and the conservation area at the back of the house (No rear neighbors). And last but not least: The garage was converted into a games room (Airconditioned) for you to enjoy when not in the parks, at the pool or on the golf course.

Your reservation will give you access to 7 beautiful community pools. You will also be able to dine at one of the Reunion restaurants or enjoy some time on the golf course (additional fees apply).

Your reservation DOES NOT give you access to the Reunion Waterpark or to the Spectrum + Clubhouse

Parking: 3 cars are allowed to enter the resort per reservation. Only the registered guests will be granted access.
Guests will be charged $250 should they NOT return the pass to access the Reunion amenities at their end of their stay

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
