Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort with short walking distance to the lake berkley, where you may walking or fishing. There are also community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball tennis court and kids playground.
The living room is spacious with a 5 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 50 inch SMART TV.

This area opens to the covered and fully screened lanai and pool/spa area. Lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.Imagine al freso dining by your own private pool. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
Dining table seats 8 . If you feel like cooking the beautiful fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. Everything you will need is provided.
