RESORT FEES & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS



Please note that the resort charges a mandatory daily fee of $20 plus applicable taxes (approximately $22 per day) for guests to enjoy the resort amenities. This fee is paid directly to the resort.



Additionally, a refundable $100 security deposit is required for the resort wristbands and access card. The deposit is handled by the resort and returned directly to the guest at checkout once all wristbands and the access card have been returned.





🌴 Regal Palms Resort Fee & Amenities



Please note that Regal Palms Resort charges a mandatory resort fee of $22 per night, plus applicable taxes, per rental unit.



This fee is collected directly by the resort upon arrival and is separate from your accommodation booking.



🏖️ The resort fee includes access to resort amenities, including the water park, swimming pools, fitness center, and other included resort facilities.



The resort fee is subject to change without prior notice.



Important Property Information



This reservation includes only the main 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome. A separate studio is located on the property and may occasionally be occupied by the owner when visiting the area. The studio has its own private entrance and does not share indoor living spaces with the main townhome.



The washer and dryer area may occasionally be shared when the owner is staying in the studio. Guests will be notified in advance if access to the laundry area will be shared during their stay.



Pet-Friendly Stays



Pets are welcome with prior approval and completion of the required Pet Agreement.

Up to 40 lbs per pet



$100 pet fee per pet, with a separate fee for each animal



Pets may not be left unattended unless safely secured in an appropriate crate and are not permitted on furniture. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and odors. All pets must be disclosed before arrival.
