The Space:

After a day chasing magic at the Disney parks, there's nothing better than coming home to your own private pool, a Marvel-themed game room, and a sprawling five-bedroom retreat designed entirely around family fun. Solterra Resort sets the backdrop - a community with a lazy river, cafe, gym, and more sitting just outside your door. This is the kind of home where the vacation starts the moment you pull into the driveway.



Living space

Spread across a single-level layout with no interior stairs, this home offers generous communal areas that make it easy for groups to gather or split off and find their own corner. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep every room comfortable year-round. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows, and blankets mean rest comes easy no matter what time the parks let out. A washer, dryer, and iron are on hand for longer stays, along with secure clothing storage and an in-home safe.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and seven beds sleep up to 11 guests comfortably, with a layout that works well for families traveling together. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV, so winding down with a favorite show is always an option - no negotiating over the living room remote required.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher alongside cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table for everyone to sit down together. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet round out the setup, and BBQ utensils are provided for anyone who wants to fire up the grill outside.



Game room

The Marvel-themed game room is one of the home's signature features, stocked with a pool table, game console, and board games that work for all ages. For the youngest guests, a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's books, toys, and children's dinnerware are all available so families can travel without overpacking.



Outdoor living

Step out to the screened lanai where a private pool and spa are waiting. Pool and spa heating is available for $25 per night - request it in advance if you'd like it ready on arrival. The pool heats up to 91°F and the spa can reach up to 102°F in spa mode. Note that the spa only heats when pool heating is added, and in colder weather it may take longer to reach full temperature. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make the backyard a natural extension of the living space for evening meals or late-night swims.



Resort amenities

Solterra Resort access is included with your stay, giving the whole group use of the lazy river, cafe, gym, and additional resort facilities. It's a useful buffer on days when the parks feel like too much - or the perfect start to a morning before heading out.



Arrival & essentials

Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival straightforward. The home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, cleaning products, and hot water, along with essentials, hangers, bed linens, and a first aid kit. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are in place for peace of mind. Free parking on premises and a private entrance complete the setup.

The attached spa is not a standalone jacuzzi; it only heats when pool heating is added and can reach up to 102°F in spa mode, at which time the pool will pause heating. Please note that in colder weather the water may take longer to heat and may not always reach the maximum temperature.
