Summary:

Walking distance to the Oasis Club. Everyone can enjoy the new Retreat Club with a waterpark and slides in Champions Gate. The villa features a large pool with an attached spa, a covered patio, and new loungers for ultimate relaxation in the Florida sun.

The Space:

Bedroom 1: King bed with attached bathroom. Bedroom 2: massive Master Bedroom with Large En Suite Bathroom and private access to the patio and pool area.

Large open concept kitchen, dining and living room leading out to the covered outdoor dining area and outdoor sitting overlooking the pool and spa. Sleeps 22 guests!

Upstairs: Princess Room with bunk beds, Star Wars Themed Room with Slide and double bunk beds, 4 additional Bedrooms with all King beds and 3 attached bathrooms.

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.



No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed.



POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT

* Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night-

*Needs 48 hour notice to be turned on.

*Minimum 3 nights to maintain temperature, temperature will not exceed 95F.

*Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

We are available by message board, chat, or phone from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Disney Girls Soccer Showcase....Again....

We came down for the Disney Girls Soccer Showcase for our 10 year. We normally say at houses within Champions Gate and it has always been great. This time was no different. Bri, our rental agent was fantastic !! She was super friendly and super responsive. The house was everything that was advertised and check Bri made sure that check in was incredibly easy. The house was definitely close to everything that we needed.Thank you Bri for being so amazing, so friendly and so thorough !! We will definitely be back and use you again. Thanks !!
