Solterra is a Stunning Resort offering you access to every amenity* you can imagine, from “The Grand Clubhouse” with its large open Lounge area and Onsite Fitness Centre to its Communal Pool and Spa area where you have access to your own Private Beach Cabanas, Waterslides, a Lazy River and a Tiki Bar and Grill.

Situated on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport it is ideally positioned for Disney and the other area attractions. Only a short drive to Champions Gate Village which benefits from a good selection of restaurants and supermarkets plus there are numerous award-winning championship golf course’s all within a few miles. It is also just minutes from the Posner Park Shopping Mall that includes a multiscreen cinema complex and other stores and restaurants.

Our stunning open plan home is modern and spacious with beautiful interior decor throughout, it is perfect for all your guests as it offers space, comfort and luxury.

The Living Area is bright & spacious with a crisp fresh colour scheme. It offers plenty of plush seating and is a great place for all your guests to gather in the evening, get cosy and enjoy a movie at the end of a busy Florida day.

The Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick breakfast to lunch at the comfortable breakfast bar, it’s an ideal space to chat to your guests while preparing an evening meal.

The Dining Area has a contemporary setting with seating for 10 guests, this is a great place for you all to enjoy some home cooking and spend time together of an evening discussing the day’s events.

The Outdoor Area has an extended South Facing Pool Deck and covered lanai, it is perfect for Al Fresco dining as it has a table and seating for 8 guests, along with a fabulous soft seating area, ideal for making the most of your sunshine holiday. Alternatively, why not chill out on one the six loungers, take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa.

Games Room - is a great place to entertain both the kids and competitive adults with its air hockey, pool table and table and chairs. we also have a 75" smart TV with Google Stadia games console which gives free access to hundreds of online games.

The Bedrooms are stunning and have all been furnished to the highest standard with luxury interiors throughout. The rooms all offer a relaxing haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day or even a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guests for dinner.

Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) This room has a beautiful King-Sized Silver bed with feature headboard and matching silver wooden furnishings throughout. This room is modern, light and relaxing. It has a ceiling fan, a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with bath and separate shower. You have direct access from the en-suite onto the pool deck.

Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) this King-Sized room has a fresh, calming feel with its light wooden furnishings and cool pale blue interior. This room has a ceiling fan, Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) another stunning bedroom with King-Sized Bed and crisp white and lemon soft furnishings, it has a light airy feel. This room has a ceiling fan, Flat Screen TV and an en-suite with walk in shower.

Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) another fantastic bedroom with stunning pastel shades, perfect for siblings or friends to share as it has a twin and full-size bed. This room has a ceiling fan, Flat Screen TV and access to a bathroom with bath & overhead shower.

Bedroom 5 – (upstairs) this bedroom has a Mickey & Minnie theme, again great for siblings, cousins or friends to share. It has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top. It also has an additional twin pull out bed (stored under the full bed) This room has a Flat Screen TV and access to a bathroom with bath & overhead shower.

Loft Area - has a large cinema screen with an Amazon Fire Stick connected, so you can connect to streaming services (you need to have your own accounts to access online services) to watch TV and movies, plus a foosball table for all your party to enjoy.

Resort Facilities:
*The resort facilities are operated by a third-party provider, and an Amenity Access Fee is required to use them.
This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation, for the entire stay - payable directly to the Clubhouse:
1–12 guests: $35
13+ guests: $45
If you choose not to use the clubhouse facilities, no fee is required.
Please note that access to these facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
Guests are also required to provide their own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.

- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
