Hotel pulito, personale cordiale e oltre ai servizi elencati ottima posizione per raggiungere i parchi Disney e si trova proprio vicinissimo all’’outlet Premium. Letto comodo, bagno di buone dimensioni, avrei gradito un doccino mobile oltre al soffione doccia. La colazione offre dolce e salato. Consiglio questa struttura

Lets talk about it... check in was okay. Front desk did not offer any general direction to where the room waa nor did they provide a map of layout nor did they advise of any alternate entrances on the other sides of the bldg bcuz parking on another side having ro tote your bags around the entire bldg and into the front entrance is a pain. Front desk says they do not offer maps and the sheet they provide that "haa everything on it" - actually doesnt. Breakfast. Lets explore this... $13 addiotional meal per person EVEN IF THEY ARE SMALL CHILDREN. The hostess says 4 per room. They count the ppl who come to breakfast and who are in your room. I paid it, whatever I was willing to deal with it however there are NO POSTED SIGNS EXPLAINING THIS nor were there signa posted to advise that you cant take food back to your room however the kids were stopped and told they couldnt but i saw other ppl taking their food probably bcuz the dining area is small. If the hotel was properly treated for pests, it wouldnt be an isssue. 🙃 ANTS!!! the first night I didn't even realize they were all over the desk and the outlet under the desk crawling up onto our stuff until the 2nd day when our snacks got ruined on the other side of the room. I opened my Beach blanket and ants were all over it. I opened my brand new bag with clean clothes and it had them crawling in there. Yikes!! There’s so much more I don’t have room for. I should have read the real reviews not fake positive stars

We apologize if the hotel did not meet your expectations! There are maps of the rooms and entrances and exits behind every guest room in the hotel. It is is only one straight building and there are signs everywhere. Even with Pest control coming twice a month at the hotel if you leave open food inside sugar ants may come. That is why we recommend to leave food inside the mini fridge.

El Hotel y las habitaciones es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Es perfecto para ir de compras porque el Premium Outlet y Ross están a menos de 1 km. Está a 20 minutos de Disney. El costo es bajo. El desayuno es bueno, pero los platos y vasos son desechables. Se entiendo por El bajo costo pero podría ser mejor. Las habitaciones son limpias y de tamaño adecuado. Perfecto para ir solo a dormir.

I tried to cancel the second night because plans changed. They refused even several nights before I went. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Don’t think I’ll be using Expedia again. I could have gotten the room cheaper if I had just gone straight to them.

I've stay several times, but in the last two times that I stayed they keep deactivating the room key every day. The day of check out I was in a hurry because I was going to the airport and I had to come back to front desk three (3) times because the key didn't work. Also the day before, I requested housekeeping in front desk before 11am, and it was not done and front desk kept questioning me if I requested it. The hotel was good in the past, but now is a total deception.

We apologize for the key inconvenience, however we did not change anything but if you leave your key card near cell phone they can get dismagnetized.

Staff was friendly. Clean. Walls were paper thin and it was loud at all hours. Breakfast was much less than comparable hotels. Desk did not have basic toiletries.

Breakfast horrible. My room was clean. Wouldn’t choose hotel again unless last resort. Rooms need pull out coaches and microwaves.

We praise a lot for cleanliness that is why we do not offer microwaves inside the rooms, but there are 2 24/7 at the lobby area.

I liked the location, we had a very close grocery store almost next door, also we had restaurants and shops a few minutes away in car, the pool and the hotel in general were very clean, the rooms are very basic and small but comfortable, I liked the shower instead of a tub, no carpets on the rooms which is great! The breakfast was good, a continental breakfast but the coffee was terrible... every day I gave it a chance but wasn't good. Didn't taste like coffee.

O hotel foi uma excelente surpresa, muito bem localizado, com acesso a pé a grande outlet, muito bom para compras, com excelentes restaurantes próximos e local para caminhada. O café da manhã é bom e estava incluído na diaria. Perto de tudo, inclusive dos parques da Disney. Fui muito bem atendido pelos funcionários durante a estadia, com a maioria falando português, o que facilita muito a comunicação.

Loved that the hotel is walking distance to the outlets and other shops (Marshall’s/ Ross/ Burlingtons and target. If you feel tired after shopping can just jump on the free shuttle that the hotel offers. The rooms were quiet and the staff was always friendly even when we didn’t arrive until 2:45am due to delays. Would recommend and would stay there again due to the cleanliness/ location and the free shuttle to SeaWorld/ Universal Studios and the Disney.

This was a convenient hotel with clean rooms. It was quiet in our room. The a/c made some funny noises but it worked well. In the evening returning from long days at the parks there was only warm water, so no hot shower. Shower was nice and hot in the morning. No room service for a two night stay. Free breakfast and free parking were a plus. Breakfast area was very crowded to the point of being annoying. 50/50 whether I'd return.

It was very dirty. Had ants and spiders. I complained and they switched me to another room the same. I asked for an extra pillow and they said they had none!!!! They came to clean my room and left the floors unclean. They did nothing to do the floors. Which I noticed they had no mop or broom or anything. My stay was very uncomfortable because I have toddlers and there was ants all around the room. Also I really needed the extra pillow for my baby so he wouldn't fall off the bed and for them to say they had none in a big hotel I couldn't believe it. I want a reimbursement. I spoke to them and they said it had to go through Expedia.!!!!

This hotel was a quick and easy drive to all of the surrounding theme parks. The breakfast in the lobby was good. The rooms were comfortable and had a mini fridge. All in all it was a great choice for the price.

The one thing that I didn’t like about this place is that by policy they won’t clean your room before the 4th night, not even if you ask for it; the only thing they will do is to replace towels, toilet tissue and shampoo

毎年展示会でオーランドに出張に行くたびに1泊100ドル以下のホテルを試しした中でこちらのホテルが過去一番快適でした。大きな理由としてはほとんどのホテルがカーペットでそれが原因で部屋がジメジメしておりカビ臭かったのですが、ここはフロアタイルなので清潔感があり匂いがありません。また徒歩5分ででマックとPUBLIXなどがあり利便性にも長けています。

3月14日から6日間、ディズニーとユニバの活動拠点として利用。周囲は静かでアウトレット、スーパーが徒歩範囲にありショッピングには非常に便利。 レストランはステーキハウスが近くにあり、遅くまで開いています。マックもすぐ近くにあります。 ホテルの朝食は、ほぼ毎日同じメニューですが種類が豊富です。プール、ジムは気持ち程度にありますが、利用はほぼ皆無。スタッフは終日オーダーに対応してくれます。タオル交換は頼めば対応してくれますが、ベットメークはしてくれません。 移動手段としては、各施設への行き、帰り便が各1本ありますが、ユニバ、シーワールドには朝8:30出発、マジックキングダム、ディズニーハリウッドへは開演時間より遅い時間帯の出発便となります。また、帰りのバスの時間帯が早い為、終日遊ぶには、他の交通機関の利用が必要となります。 ここを拠点として、寝泊まりするには十分な利用価値があますが、レンタカーやUber等の交通手段を考慮する必要が有ります。 アウトレットにはディズニーストアもあり、種類は少ないですが格安で販売してました。

Initial view was great. 2x nights cockroach and as such asked to move rooms. (Staff member lady very helpful) but the second room had bug splatter on the walls. Small ants (I think) not pleasant at all.

We apologize for any inconvenience! We are sold out during Spring break month with several high school groups bringing food to the rooms and this may bring flys, sugam ants! Generally we are considered extremely clean hotel as you can see from past reviews

Property is fairly new and comfortable. Our only complaint was that they actually allowed a marching band to rehearse at 8am in the parking lot directly outside our window. After arriving the previous night at 1 am, we were disappointed that this noise was permitted.
