Discounted Luxury Condo at Reunion Resort ,Kissimmee

A family and kids friendly 5-star Reunion Resort has so much to offer for everyone, from serious golfers to families who want to have extra fun and enjoyment besides going to the theme parks. This property has Reunion Resort Club Membership.

Located just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 10 minutes from Disney theme parks and other major attractions, Reunion Resort is an exclusive, gated, and beautifully landscaped community that offers such luxury amenities as three signature championship golf courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicklaus.
Our Large Luxury Condominium is conveniently located in the Villas South Community directly opposite the Reunion Waterpark. Our unit is on the Third Floor with wonderful Golf view and no neighbors on the top.
The home has three large bedrooms with three bathroom each with their own showers. Master bedroom has a King-size bed and full bathroom with bath and large separate shower .Bed 2 has a QUEEN Size bed and in suite Bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two FULL Size beds and in suite bathroom.
Lovely Sunny Patio has table and seating for 6.
A fully equipped granite kitchen with dining table is also provided. Full laundry with washer and dryer. Fully air conditioned. The living room and bedrooms all have LCD/HDTV televisions, cable TV and DVD players.
This vacation home is professionally managed by a licensed property management company. Our guests can expect amenities of luxury hotel plus all the comfort and space of a well-appointed home. All linens and towels are supplied. Additional housekeeping, catering, and concierge services can be arranged.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were wonderful. Spacious master. Well-equipped for cooking. Coded entry provides easy access without needing a key. A water park is a warm water. Slow service at the waterpark grill. Towels available. The free shuttle to Reunion waterpark was helpful, but tips are appreciated. Book a shuttle to outside parks early, as they service many hotels.

Christmas 2023

The rental was nice. Just needed cleaning on the patio, dusting on one -two bedrooms fans and on headboards. Shower water pressure was a bit low in bathrooms. But overall a good experience staying at this rental. We have stayed at the reunion resort for a few years now, and always enjoyed coming back for family vacations. Access to the community water park is one of our favorites, close and convenient to theme parks, downtown Disney Springs, shopping etc.

A great 4th

We had a really good stay. Only complication was communication with the owner was sparse. They took a while to respond. We were sent instructions for checking approximately an hour after we left the house with direction to PRINT our confirmation to show the hotel. We couldn’t do that since we had already left. It turned out to be a non issue as we didn’t need it. Also the instructions stated we needed to go to an office building to pick up our pool cards and place a deposit for them. Turns out we didn’t need to do that either. They were available at the desk in the tower. Stay was great. Very clean. View was ok. Large tree blocks most of the view of golf and resort. Everyone was very nice. We’ve been here many years and the water park is always spectacular. This condo is great walking distance to it so that was great. Overall this was a great experience! Thank you!

We had an incredible vacation and really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. The amenities are beautiful. Loved the lazy river and water park. Can’t wait to go back!

Loved Reunion Resort

We loved our stay at Reunion Resort. The Resort is beautiful (although lots of construction) and the amenities were great. Plenty for our almost 3 yo to do there. We loved breakfast at The Clubhouse everyday and the Starbucks in the gift shop was very convenient. The location is perfect for Disney World and close to things like CVS, groceries, food, gas, etc. The property was as listed. Very clean and well maintained. We only had a few very small complaints. We didn’t receive check-in information until well after we landed at the airport the night of check-in, which made us nervous, however, I think the owner was traveling and someone else was supposed to handle it, and did not. We did finally get the info before we arrived at the resort. The owner was very communicative and responded to emails quickly. We couldn’t use the deck because it was dirty out there. Looked nicer in the photos. The view is great though! The glass coffee table in the living room is not attached to its legs so our toddler leaned on it and it almost slid off. I would suggest attaching it so nobody gets hurt. We only stayed for 4 nights and ran out of clean washcloths so plan on either bringing some, or having to do laundry. There were only 1 or 2 in each bathroom. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future! Would definitely recommend this location!

Great stay at Reunion Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at Reunion. The water park was a lot of fun. The staff were really nice. It was really nice that you could use the shuttle to get around the campus. Our unit was beautiful and we had plenty of space for the five of us!

Enjoyed stay but new TV would be great!

Our stay was very good but the biggest problem was the TV was old! In todays world tv’s aren’t expensive!! The provider was direct tv and there wasn’t much to watch without buying!!! I think investing in a new TV would be a big plus for the unit!!!

Perfect for our family

The property manager was so kind and promptly answered all of my questions both prior and during our stay. The condo was approximately 1700 sq ft which gave all of us some privacy. Our group consisted of my husband and me, our daughter, son in law and our 2.5 year old grandson. We were enjoying the Disney parks most of the time so we didn’t take advantage of the pools or water park. The condo was well maintained and clean. There was a stain on the living room and dining room carpet but so what? Everything else was perfect! Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

Nice overall

The condo is really nice. Equipped with everything you need. We only had 2 problems. 1st and foremost the heating & air unit was not working but the property owner got someone out there to fix it after my 3rd time calling. 2nd thing was we didn't have face towels in one of the bathrooms & when I called the property manager they told me that towels was left in every bathroom. I said no mam there was not any in 1 of the bathrooms. Bottom line she told me they would not be giving me any towels as if we stole the ones that was in there. I told her we would go to Walmart and buy some which is what we did. Oh 1 more thing, the tv in that room was not working which the owner was aware of & said he would send someone to fix it & no one every showed up. My husband ending up fixing it. Overall it's a really nice condo for the price.

Great Unit

Unit was very nice and clean. Everything you would need for stay. Listing person was very quick to communicate and respond. Some confusion with pool and water park access but got worked out. Communication on check in process other items couldhave been sent earlier to avoid some of the issues. Overall nice stay.

Very nice place

Very clean and very nice finishes. We enjoyed our stay here at Reunion Resorts. Would definitely stay again. Close to everything we needed. Also liked the layout of the condo. Comfortable beds.

Great place to stay

The place was very clean and conveniently located by the water park. Manager was able to respond immediately when the internet wasn’t working and we got it up and and running quickly. Will likely stay here again.

Family Travel April 2021

This was a great place to stay. The owner was super easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. The place was clean and inviting as it is shown. Plenty of space for a family to spread out. Only thing needed attention was toilet handle off kitchen and sink stopper in Master Bath. Otherwise it was great. I would definitely book and stay again. Great experience.

Great getaway!

We greatly enjoyed our visit which included access into the resort's waterpark. Everything from the check-in process to getting access into the waterpark was done with ease as a result of the property owners thorough instructions. The condo itself was clean and spacious, and everything we used (Keurig, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, a/c, washer/dryer, etc.) worked properly. The condo had plenty of closet space in each room, but we only found two hangers for the entire condo-a minor drawback. The entire trip was wonderful though, and I would recommend this property.

Very nice property. Had a great time. Just 2 suggestions. 1. A binder with some resort info and information on suggestions for local activities would be helpful 2. The keypad worked fine but we did not have a key card for access to the pools.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property at Reunion resort. Full amenity access was the key benefit. The condo was in great shape. My only complaints were a faulty AC and confusion regarding the access card for resort amenities. The property manager responded quickly to all questions though, so still a great stay!
