I’m an international customer who booked the rental property for 3 weeks and I had a great experience overall from first booking the rental up to ending with the smooth check out from the property. The property is in an ideal location close to all tourist attractions, shopping, etc. the property itself is very clean, nicely decorated, and has all the needed amenities that our family needed.The staff I reached out to for any question I had were very attentive and usually replied within a few minutes.Thank you for making our family vacation a great and memorable one, and can’t wait to be a return guest soon!

Great home - nice view!

Very well appointed home. Very satisfied. Nice loft area. Well maintained. Only down sides is a lack of kitchen items - bowls-cups-glasses,etc... could use a skillet for breakfast. Nice extra yard out back. Quiet neighborhood. Mattresses were great - slept very well!

Not worth the money - Would not come back

Hot tub wasn't working properly (no bubbles/blower), could not follow through and fix it, pool light broke, mesh screens around pool broke, bugs/geckos all over, house wasn't very clean, gate to get into "secure gated community" was always open we never had to scan our QR code to get in as we were advised. I would never stay here again

Wonder Vacation, never again

Our stay wasn’t as wonderful as hoped. The hot tub jets didn’t work after several visits for handyman. Was told on Saturday by “professional” the jets don’t work. The hot tub was empty a couple mornings There were ants everywhere. My grand daughter had some in her bed. My grandson got home and had some in his backpack We were refused access to waterpark one day because our house was not on list. We were given a different house code to get in. (Sketchy) The fry pans were terrible, no pot holders, no baking pans There was an air hockey table but it didn’t work. The water In toilet ran all the time. The heat blew cold air. Last year I rented from another company at Storey Lake and the BBQ grill was for the duration of our stay not just a week. There were pool towels and kitchen was fully equipped. Very disappointing compared to other years at Storey Lake. We will never book with Wonder Vacations again !

This is our 4th time staying at a house in the Storey Lake community. We had pros and cons about this stay. We liked that it was walking distance to the community center. They did have more than we expected for household supply stock to get you started (toilet paper, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc.) We were not satisfied with the pool situation. We paid the day of arrival for the pool heater and was told it would take a day or so to warm but. However, by the 3rd day it was not anything warmer than a like warm bath you’d give a new baby. They did refund us but it wasn’t the full amount we paid and did not provide an explanation as to why the difference. The grill heater that we had to pay extra for did not lite on its own and there was no “house” lighter to ignite the grill, which was not expected. Inside, the cooking utensils are extremely limited. There was only 1 small cookie sheet for a house of 10 to cook with and no oven mitt. We had to use a washcloth to get food out of the oven. Household towels that they provide were very sparing and we had to frequently wash to keep enough clean. We also experienced an issue with the freezer that resulted in brand new food being thawed. We were told that maintenance would be coming but no one ever showed up. We think it was an issue with the ice maker because it was dripping water and then froze over. Overall, this was not our best stay that we’ve had to Storey Lake. We’ll definitely be back to Storey Lake but unsure here.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and the lot overlooking the lake was amazing! Overall our stay was great and we would stay again. There were only a couple of things that could have made it better. The pots and pans are not in good shape and there are very few to use. The pool / hot tub runs on the same heater so they will always be at the same temperature and guests don't have permission to regulate the temperature even when you pay the $40 per day to heat it. Still, it was a great stay.

Expensive for the quality

Beautiful home with convenient location to the clubhouse. However, the house was not clean. Carpets were dirty, we tried to vacuum, but there was no bag in the vacuum. Bugs were everywhere, including in the stove. Broken couch. do drying rack or sink stopper. We had to basically clean the whole house before we could enjoy it. It's absolutely unacceptable that we were charge for COVID cleaning, when in fact, I don't believe they did anything but normal run through. There was so much dirt under the couches and coffee table, it was disgusting. We definitely left the home cleaner than when we got there.

Great Location & Large Open Concept Vacation Home

This property is very conveniently located for area attractions as well as grocery & supply shopping. The home is large and open and great for a family or two. The management company was responsive to every request. The pool was not circulating & cloudy when we arrived and they had it fixed the next morning. They were unable to fix the dryer during our stay and offered to allow us to dry in another property. The property is worn and some of the furniture is damaged. The house is clean, but not immaculate. The beds are comfortable, but on the soft side. The house is very modestly stocked & does not include pool towels or extra trash bags. Overall we were satisfied with the property.

Overall pleased with property but could use a few things updated/fixed.

Overall we were pleased with the property. There were a few areas of concern. Sliding glass door was bent, broken couch, and no controls for the spa. We wouldn’t let those things keep us from coming back as overall it was a great value and location. We will most likely return.

Expensive and beautiful BUT poor quality

We have been to Florida for the past 8 years and rented different house/condo. And never had as much issue as this one and this one was the most expensive one we rented. No light in the pool and in our screened in porch had to purchase a lightbulb myself. The pool light would’ve never worked no matter what it was only hanging there with one screw. My wife plugged her hair straightener in our bathroom plug ,sparks came flying out and it burnt out her hair straightener. After that there was only one electrical outlet working in the entire house. Management sent 2 electricians on 2 separate days. Even the electrician said there was poor wiring in the house. One of our girls was sitting down in the hot tub when all of a sudden she comes out screaming and crying she had stepped on a staple of some sort. On one of our last night there we all went swimming with the kids then the next morning we wake up and our pool is all green full of algae. All 7 of us went swimming in a pool full of algae at night because there was no light in the pool. And finally on our last night the fire alarm goes off at 5 in the morning beeping and yelling low battery..... this house was very spacious and clean but other than that there’s not one good thing about it. We sent all of our problems as soon as they were popping up to the portal that wonder vacations as and they responded that the CEO or Owner would be in contact with us and we’ve never heard or seen no one !!!!
