This beautiful security-gated resort community features a lazy river, lagoon-style pool with a beach entrance and a waterslide, jacuzzi, cabanas, restaurant, fitness center, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, plus a children's playground and lawn area! (Access to the amenities requires a $40 one time fee)
The Space:
The space is perfect for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The open concept is accentuated by a view of the pool, providing lots of space to entertain. The large kitchen island, complete with a wine cooler and sink, gas stove, and lots of countertop space, is perfect for cooking meals and entertaining.

The private patio has a charming view of a conservation area, providing full privacy while enjoying time in the pool or patio area.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the home and resort amenities(for a $40 fee). There are two designated parking spots outside the home, along with guest parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Towing is strictly enforced for cars not parked in designated spots or without the proper parking pass for the entire stay.
Getting Around:
The Club house, gym, Café Sol, lagoon-Pool, and lazy River are all within a 5 min walk of the home. Parking is limited at the club house so it might be easier to walk there after dropping others off if there is no parking.
Other Things to Note:
Optional pool heat is available for $30/day with a two-day minimum, applicable for the entire stay. We recommend pool heat between the months of October and May. Resort amenties are available for a one time fee of $40.
