Other things to note
🏊 Pool, Spa & Outdoor Area

• Pool heating: $35/day (3-day minimum)
• Private spa is connected to the pool heating system (not a hot tub)
• Heating requires 8–12 hours to reach temperature
• Heater may shut off automatically during very cold weather to protect equipment
• No refunds due to weather conditions

⚠️ Pool maintenance is usually scheduled for Tuesdays. Schedule may change without notice. Maintenance staff will only access the outdoor area.

🚨 Important notice: Pool lights are temporarily out of service due to a part currently unavailable on the market. We are actively working on a solution, but no estimated repair date is available at this time.

This is a self-catering vacation home.

A starter kit is provided for your arrival with basic essentials only. Replenishment during the stay is the guest’s responsibility.

Starter Kit Includes:
• 1 dish sponge
• 1 small dish detergent
• 3 dishwasher pods
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 trash bag per bin (plus 3 extras)
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 small bar soap per bathroom
• 2 travel-size shampoos per bathroom

Additional notes:
• Washcloths are not provided
• Home is professionally cleaned before each stay
• Daily housekeeping is not included
• Mid-stay cleanings available for an additional fee
• No food or drinks on beds or carpets
• Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited and subject to fines

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
