Nice

Stay was nice. Some issues, smoke detector beeped all night until my husband removed it, not enough washcloths, only had 3 in entire home with 5 guests and had to go buy more. Mattresses in master bedroom needs replacing today!!

Poor communication with owner.

Overall our stay was fine, but we had a few issues upon arrival, reached out to the owner, and never heard anything back except a generic welcome message. The master bedroom smelled like smoke even though there are "no smoking" signs everywhere. The kids were excited about the game room, but we couldn't find any pool cues or pucks for the air hockey table so the game room was useless during our stay. The place is in need of a good deep cleaning. Walls and baseboards are filthy and the master shower had someone else's hair on the wall. A few things that can't be controlled by the owner, but we're frustrating is the resort water slide and lazy river are only open from 10:30-5:00 daily. We were there for Universal Studios which means during the day we were typically in the park and not at the rental to enjoy the amenities. We had hoped to take advantage of these things in the mornings or late at night after our park days. Also, as someone else mentioned, the line to get into the neighborhood was ridiculous the last night we were there. My husband waited an hour and a half to get in and my kids and I walked home. He finally arrived to the rental after 1AM and we were planning on leaving early the next morning to go home. Not a great way to finish out our vacation, but again, this is not something the owner has control over.

Disappointed

We had multiple issues with this property. When we arrived the door was unlocked and open. All of the floors were extremely dirty and very sticky. The walls are dirty. There was a used bar of soap laying on one of the bathroom floors. And ants in the master bathroom as well as a light out above the toilet. With in the first hour I called the property manager with these issues. He stated that he was the floors being cleaned but could send someone in the morning to wash them. As for the ants he said pest control came that day. We then noticed before going to bed that the bedding was not clean. I don’t think the sheets were even switched from the previous renters. There was hair on all the pillows and bed sheets. At this point I did not feel comfortable with my two toddlers staying here. The property listing states that the home is cleaned and sanitized to CDC COVID 19 guidelines. This is not true. I had Clorox wipes so I wiped down all of the door handles and light switches which were disgusting. The property manager did have the tile floors washed and other flooring vacuumed the next day. We did receive clean sheets the next day. They actually bought new sets from Walmart (bag was in the garbage). Other things we found during our stay was the ice maker worked but did not dispense ice. The blender also did not work. None of the game tables in the garage could be used as they were all missing items, no pool sticks or puck. The bin to put garbage bags outside had unbagged garbage left in the bottom. There was rolls of toilet paper, a turkey bone, jug of juice and some other items. The garbage service does not clean this out because it is not bagged. This should have been handled by the property manager/cleaning service. We stayed for 10 days and when we left there were things we told the property manager that were still not fixed. We have never had an experience like this with VRBO. We will not be visiting this property again.

Not ready at check in

We arrived 1 hour after check in time amd the location was still getting cleaned, they did not leave until 3 hours after our check in time. The pool was low water so we could not swim until full amd there were any lights out in the house and pool light. Disappointed because all our other rental through you have been 5 star, not this one.

Great place to stay

Although we had an initial problem with the keypad, the emergency contact number sorted it out quickly. Note to Property management check your keypads work before the guests arrive to avoid this situation again. The house was very clean and tidy and instructions for the use of the white goods very clear. The pool was clean and lovely. The games room in the garage was an added bonus and we all enjoyed playing pool. Not much around the area but then we had a car and were able to get to everything we needed to. I would recommend staying here and would like to thank in particular Sue for all her help in sorting out the key pad and the alarm.

Very Nice and comfortable.

It is a very nice and comfortable house, including everything that you need for a perfect stay. I give it 4.5 stars because although everything is very clean, some of the linens and pillows need some updating. Also, it is a bit far away from some of Orlando's attractions, but it is still a very nice location and neighborhood.

Great Property!

The house was great! We enjoyed our stay! Pool was fun! Pictures online represented the home perfectly! There's not much to do in Davenport, but Orlando isn't too far. It was easy access to the theme parks, but be prepared to sit in lots of traffic on the way to the parks! It's not a far drive, but traffic makes it that way! That's the trade off of not staying at a resort with transportation directly around the parks! Overall we loved the property and neighborhood!

Perfect 👌

Perfect villa only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there was only 2 sun loungers at the pool not enough although there was a seating area but we do like a lounger .
