***Important Resort Amenity Update: Solterra Resort's pool, lazy river, and surrounding aquatic areas are temporarily closed for renovations. The current target for reopening is mid-December 2026, subject to construction progress, weather, and unforeseen conditions. During this time, the clubhouse, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and The Lawn outdoor recreation area remain available. The Lawn features beach volleyball, a nine-hole putting green, cornhole, bocce ball, horseshoes, and giant chess. Resort activities and entertainment will also continue throughout the closure. We appreciate your understanding while Solterra Resort completes these improvements.***

This two-story townhome offers four bedrooms, each equipped with a Roku TV, and 3.5 bathrooms.
Primary Suite: King-size bed and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Second Suite: King-size bed and private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle underneath.
Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle underneath.
The third full bathroom includes a double vanity and tub/shower combination, while an additional half bathroom provides extra convenience.

Private Pool & Outdoor Living
Enjoy your own screened-in lanai featuring a private swimming pool (up to 4 feet deep), outdoor dining for four, and direct access to a shared yard area.
Pool Heating: The private pool is not heated by default. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day, with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please request this service at least 3 days before arrival.

Resort Amenity Access
Solterra Resort requires a one-time amenity access fee of $35 plus tax for groups of up to 12 guests. This fee covers the entire stay and must be paid directly at the resort clubhouse using a credit or debit card. Guests will receive their resort access credentials after registration.
