The apartment lacked many basic items no bureaus in bedroom, very few hangers in closet, no closet door, no coffee pot, no can opener or scissors or basic cleaning products, broken toaster, no bedside working lamp, no lamps in living room, one light fixture over dinning table held together with scotch tape, TV remote needed new batteries. only five dining chairs for a six person table. The bathtub had no stoppage so children could not take baths and one bathroom sink would never drain. Very defensive owner who obviously did not care about any of these issues. This was an expensive rental and basic items should have been covered, We were on a very special family vacation and the last thing we wanted to do or had the time to do, was outfit this apartment. We were upfront and polite with the owner.. He did not reciprocate good will. Also, not happy with VRBO.....never responded to my two emails. Would not stay here again and will not use VRBO again. We left the apartment VERY CLEAN
