>>> Please check community clubhouse (by the front gate) amenities directly for hours of operation, reservation requirements and restrictions beyond our control.

>> You’re NOT staying in a hotel with daily cleaning, towels and supplies replacement. This is a self-catering house, please be prepared to bring or stop by the supermarkets nearby and buy cleaning or personal hygiene items. We provide a starter kit ONLY with clean linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper.

>> Extra cleaning, towels and supplies replacement during your stay is available at an extra charge.

>> By booking, guests acknowledge and accept that the property has a loft area, stairs and is NOT equipped with child safety features, adults are fully responsible for supervising minors AT ALL TIMES during their stay.

>> **ATTENTION!! AVOID BEING TOWED!!! 3 cars parking maximum, 2 in the driveway and 1 horizontal NOT blocking EVEN A INCH of the sidewalk, strictly enforced! We are NOT responsible for towed cars.**

>> Please avoid bathing at the same time in all the 3 bathrooms, unfortunately all the houses in this community faces the same issue, water heater tanks are limited and water takes some time to get hot again if heavily used.

>> There’s smell scents throughout the house power plugs, pls feel free to turn it off or keep it under the bathrooms sinks if you’re alergic or if smell is strong.

*Strict community’s trash policy: Please DO NOT leave any trash in front or back of the house AT NO TIME, take all your garbage to the trash dumpster by front gate, specially at check out. There’s a $100 fine if any trash is left inside the house after check out and $500 community fine for trash left outside the house.

>> We have security cameras covering the front and screen back door outside the house.
