Welcome to your family’s home away from home — a renovated 4-bedroom townhome in Lake Berkley Resort, one of Kissimmee’s most secure and family-friendly communities. Enjoy resort-style amenities: heated pools, splash pad, gym, playground, basketball & tennis courts, and a scenic lake with fishing dock. Perfect for families visiting Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld seeking comfort, privacy, and fun — without hidden fees.

Luxury home 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms offers a comfortable stay, Situated 15 min. from Disney theme parks, 15-20 min. from Universal Studios or Sea World. Less than 1 mile from Walmart and Hwy 192 with lots of entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.
Also less than 1 mile from Medieval Times, and attractions like mini-golf, helicopter tours and much more and an easy drive to the Orlando International Airport.

The space
We hope that you will enjoy our vacation home as much as we do!

The main spaces of the townhome:
- Comfortable open-plan living and dining room with direct access to the back patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go, featuring:
- Refrigerator/freezer

- 3 full bathrooms plus a half bath (communal).

Our home fits comfortably 10 people.There's one bedroom with a king-size bed, Two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with two twin size bed.

HD SMART TV in all bedrooms with Netflix, on the living room there's a home theater with Netflix.

Misleading listing - mold issues and lack of accountabilityWe rent several VRBOs each year and have always had great experiences—until this one. Before booking, we specifically asked the owner if there had ever been any mold or water issues because my wife is recovering from mold exposure in our former home. The owner assured us there had never been any incidents and that the property received regular maintenance and inspections.Unfortunately, this was not true. On our last day, we discovered visible mold and signs of past water intrusion. We took photos and shared them with the owner. Her response was apathetic and dismissive, denying any issue and suggesting a property manager could have “stopped by,” which is not how mold is resolved.Beyond the mold, the home was dirty and poorly maintained—ants in the kitchen, slimy tubs, filthy shower curtains, dirty dishes, rough towels, and missing or dead remotes. It looked nothing like the “modern and fresh” listing.The owner refused to make it right or issue any refund. VRBO support also declined to help and told us to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Future guests—especially those with allergies—should be aware before booking.
