Spacious 7 Bedroom Home Close to Disney on the luxurious Formosa Gardens

This luxurious custom built home located in the gated community of Formosa Gardens features many upgrades. The house boasts a great floor plan with 7 master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The entrance of the home is grand with mosaic tiles, large pillars and volume ceilings. The staircase has wrought iron rails. The downstairs master bathroom boasts a walkthrough shower with beautiful tiles, upgraded cabinets and tray ceilings. The large kitchen has upgraded maple cabinets with granite countertops and built in appliances. Separate from the 7 bedrooms, the house also has its own cinema room, games room and fitness room. The view from the upstairs balcony is fantastic and you can see the Disney fireworks. The home has a large deck which can be accessed from multiple room, a 40ft salt water pool and a spa with water fountain. The property is ideally located near to US-192 and only a 10 minute drive from the I-4, which gives easy access to all of Orlando's main traveling routes. You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including banks, gas stations, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. Walt Disney World Resort can be reached in just 5 minutes and the main attractions such as Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive can be reached in under 20 minutes.

For those wanting to relax outdoors and enjoy the fabulous Florida weather there also a spacious covered patio that includes a private pool and spa, chaise loungers, slingback patio furniture, an outdoor table and chairs.

Beautiful home for an awesome family vacation

This home is huge and very beautiful. It is very elegantly decorated. You get the WOW Factor as soon as you step into the house. It has a large well-stocked kitchen with a lot of pots, pans and utensils. Our family loved the large pool and covered lanai. We enjoyed sitting there, drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. We have been vacationing in Orlando for years. I think this is the first time we did full justice to the pool. We played in it every day! We loved the gym room...we got to exercise in the comfort of the home. We had a few issues, but they were promptly addressed. We would love to stay there again on our future visit.
