The Space:

Step through the door of this BellaVida Resort vacation home and feel the exhale that comes with having enough space for everyone. Sunlight fills the front sitting room, a comfortable buffer between the outside world and the lively heart of the home. Beyond it, the open main living area anchors the ground floor - sofas gather around a television, the kitchen hums with meal prep, and the dining table becomes the natural meeting place for breakfasts before theme park days and dinners after long ones. The half bathroom tucked off the hallway keeps mornings flowing without interruption.

 

Outdoor living

Slide open the back doors and step out onto a screened patio where your private pool and spa wait. Whether you're floating in the sun or firing up the BBQ grill for a casual evening meal, the outdoor space gives the group a relaxed destination between adventures. The screen enclosure keeps things comfortable and the seating area with table makes lingering easy.

 

Living areas

The ground floor living room handles the big group moments, but head upstairs and you'll find a second sitting area at the top of the landing - a quieter corner for those who want to watch something different or simply wind down while others are still going. A laundry closet with washer and dryer sits conveniently on this level too, keeping longer stays practical.

 

Sleeping arrangements

All six bedrooms are on the upper floor, keeping sleep spaces well separated from the social areas below. The primary suite - bedroom three - has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom four offers a queen bed with ensuite. Bedroom six also has a queen bed and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen bed, sharing the full bathroom it splits with bedroom one. Bedroom one is Toy Story themed with a twin bunk bed - a genuine hit with younger guests. Bedroom five brings the magic with a Harry Potter theme, two twin beds, and its own ensuite bathroom. Eight beds across six rooms means the whole group of up to 12 has a comfortable place to sleep.

 

Kitchen & dining

The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for full meals during your stay - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle. A dining table provides a proper setting for the group to eat together, and the kitchen's layout supports easy meal prep even when multiple people are involved.

 

Bathrooms

The home has five and a half bathrooms in total - four ensuite, one shared full bathroom between bedrooms one and two, and a half bathroom on the ground floor. Each bathroom includes hot water, and the home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer. Initial supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and other essentials are provided - for longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

 

Resort & location

BellaVida is a gated resort community, and guests have full access to the shared amenities: a clubhouse, resort pool, fitness center, fishing pond, playground, and sports courts. The community's central Florida position puts Walt Disney World around 20 minutes away, Disney Springs about 15 minutes, SeaWorld Orlando around 20 minutes, and Universal Studios Orlando approximately 25 minutes. Orlando International Airport is a roughly 25-minute drive. Old Town Kissimmee and Gatorland are both within 15 minutes, making it easy to fill days with variety beyond the major parks.

 

Practical details

The home offers free on-premises parking, self check-in via smart lock, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available for families with infants. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, iron, hangers, and bed linens are all provided. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Pool Heating

Pool heat has an additional cost. In order to have the pool heater for your stay, you will need to let us know at least 24–48 hours prior to your booking and pay the fee of $35 per day. The cost will depend on the length of your stay.
