Everything went really well with our stay. The location was very convenient for everything we needed, and the property was very nice. The unit we stayed in was very well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. If we go back to Orlando, we would definitely stay here again.

There were no free golf carts to be found (advertised that there were). Broken glass in the parking lot that was never cleaned up. Slides were not running on the day we went to park as no lifeguard showed up.Unit where we stayed was wonderful--top notch!

My family and I can't say enough wonderful things about this vacation home. Before we even arrived the owners sent us all of the information we needed about the house and the community. The check in experience was so easy and we were given the QR code which allowed us to go through the gate without any delay. We then were easily able to type in the code at the condo and step into paradise. We have stayed at many properties through the years, and never have we seen one so impeccably clean and with such beautiful decor. It really has a magical feel to it, all the way down to the gorgeous chandeliers throughout the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to store your own things. The community amenities were just as impressive. The Hideaway Club was where we spent a lot of our time. It has an awesome lazy river, huge pool, two big waterslides and mini golf. There is also an ice cream shop and a place to get drinks. It makes for a full day of fun!! There are also other places to swim and enjoy in the community that we didn't even have time to explore. The location of the condo is also fantastic. There is a Publix grocery store, shopping and restaurants within a few minutes drive. The location in relation to the Disney parks was great, too. Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom are both within 15 minutes. That was super convenient for long days at the parks. We would highly recommend this condo!

The cleaning that was done in that apartment prior to my arrival was less than satisfactory. I rented a 3 bedroom for myself and my two boys however upon checking the sheets, one bedroom had stains on the mattress cover. It looked as though someone spilled butter from popcorn (there was m actual kernel in the bed) and the cleaning person did not clean the sheets. It was disgusting so, that room was not used which was disappointing. There was also hair in the shower, one of the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, there was dirt where the towels were being kept in the bathroom. Overall the cleanliness was not the best in this rental. The home was overall a beautiful space but I was truthfully disgusted slewing there because of the dirt and areas where you can see that it wasn't cleaned. I did not take photos and I wish I did.

I can’t stop raving about my stay. Hernan was an excellent host. The decor is stunning and exactly as described. Location is perfect if you are heading to the parks. I visited the Hideaway pool and it was perfect for all ages. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

Perfect Stay

We loved the property. It is secure & family oriented. It was quiet & peaceful at night. The Hideaway Club was a great place to spend one of our off days from the parks. We were 10-20 minutes from all of the parks. The condo was super clean & fully stocked. It was a great home away from home.
