This Beautiful single house is located in Windsor at Westside Resort one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee with easy access to the theme parks, dining and shopping.
THE SPACE
Windsor at Westside is a luxurious resort with a 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, resort-style pool, cabanas, water slide, and lazy river. Enjoy drinks and dining at the tiki bar, stay fit at the modern fitness center, or play at the sports courts. The gated community ensures safety.
The house layout is 6 bedrooms in total, one bedroom is on the first floor and five bedrooms are on the second floor
FIRST FLOOR:
- Room 1 : Master King bed with TV and ensuite bathroom on the first floor
- Powder room at the first floor
SECOND FLOOR:
- Room 2 : 1 King bed with TV and ensuite bathroom on the second floor
- Room 3 and Room 4 : both 1 Queen bed with TV, shared bathroom on the second floor
- Room 5 and Room 6 : Boy's room and Girl's room, both with TV and shared bathroom, Boy's room with 1 bunk bed ( Full + Twin ), Girl's room with 2 Twin beds

- Pool& SPA heat Pool heating is optional at an additional $35 per day. It can only be turned on continuously for the entire stay. Please let us know before your arrival if you’d like this service, so we can have it ready for you
- We have a BBQ grill, and there is no extra charge to use it. However, please note that you will need to clean up yourself; if not, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied. You may trade in propane tank for a full one or use any left over.
Guest access
Guest has access to the entire home. Guest will also have access to the club at no additional cost.

☆☆Free Resort Club Amenities:
The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a dedicated children's area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and a volley ball court. There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes’ walk of our home and included in your rental rates.
There are two supermarkets within a few minutes’ drive, as well as restaurants, RV parking - on the 192 and route 27
Other things to note
The community allows a maximum of 5 vehicles per property. Our garage can accommodate 2 vehicles, and the driveway can fit another 2. The fifth vehicle may park on the street but should not block the walkway or park on the grass.
