**While the Windsor Cay clubhouse is still being completed, our guests have full access to the Windsor Island Clubhouse. Windsor Cay's clubhouse is geared to open June.

- Parking is allowed only in designated areas, garages, or driveways, and must not block sidewalks.
- Maximum of 4 vehicles may park on a Single Family Lot, and 2 in the driveway.
- Golf carts and motorcycles must be parked in the garage.
- No vehicles used for bus or similar purposes are allowed.

- SMOKING (any time of cigarette in the house). The house has external areas with balcony and pool area outside where the guest is allowed to smoke, however there will be a fine of U$200 if you smoke inside the house)
NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
Guest access
While the Windsor Cay clubhouse is still being completed, our guests will have access to the Windsor Island clubhouse.
Windsor Island Resort is the 4th in the "Windsor" vacation resort series and boasts bigger and better amenities than ever before! An extravagant modern clubhouse incorporating a large resort-style swimming pool with a lazy river, slides, and children's water park/splash pad to amuse the young at heart. There is a variety of sports amenities including basketball and sand volleyball courts and putt-putt golf.
Others:
** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.
