Needs work
This is a great house. Lots of room for large parties. My party of 10 adults one teen had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. But this home needs more attentive owners. The floors were nasty as my teen had black feet almost the whole time we were there. Dishes were put away dirty. The Harry Potter room does not have any ac vents in the room, which to me is false advertising as that was not in the listing. When I asked the owners about it, they said leaving the door open would “sufficiently” cool the room. It did not. Thankful our group was small enough that we didn’t have to use that room, but it was not cool. The home is not well stocked like most other proprieties we’ve stayed in have been. No pot holders, dish towels; only had one hand towel for 5 bathrooms, no wash cloths, glassware with chips in them, etc. Owners state it is “self catering.” Every other home we have ever stayed in provided the basics and beyond. So that was pretty disappointing considering the price. The home lacked basic pest control, as we were eaten alive by the ants all over the pool patio. Active bees nest front and back. The resort was nice other than the constant smell of marijuana. Getting through front gate was easy. Overall could be improved with a little tlc.
