Six bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms sleep 12, with three bedrooms on the ground floor, including the king bedroom with its own private bathroom. Your private screened pool has a raised spa, and the covered lanai has a table for meals outside. The garage is now an air-conditioned game room with a pool table and foosball. The home is in gated Windsor Hills in Kissimmee, a 6-minute walk from the resort’s water-slide pool and about 4 miles from Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
THE POOL
Your own screened pool has a raised spa that spills into it, with loungers on the deck. The covered lanai has a table and chairs for meals outside, and there is a pool safety fence for small children.
GAME ROOM
The garage has been turned into an air-conditioned game room with a pool table and foosball.
BEDROOMS
Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, and three are upstairs. Every bedroom has a TV except Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 2 (ground floor): two twin beds, its own private bathroom, which also opens to the hallway

The upstairs bathroom has a tub and shower, and there is also a half bathroom.
KITCHEN AND LIVING
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and opens onto the dining area, which seats six. The family room has a sectional sofa and a TV and looks out to the pool. A washer, dryer, and Wi-Fi are included.
WINDSOR HILLS
The resort clubhouse is a 6-minute walk from the door. Outside, it has a large pool with two water slides, a splash pad for small children, and a hot tub. Indoors are a fitness center, a games room with arcade machines, a small movie theater, and a sundry shop. There are also tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, a putting green, a castle-themed playground, a giant chessboard, and outdoor table tennis. The resort runs the clubhouse, and its hours can change.
GETTING IN
Windsor Hills is gated. We register the main guest with the resort before you arrive. Send us the names of any other drivers in your group, and note that the resort allows up to 3 vehicles per home. You let yourselves into the home with a private door code, which we send before you arrive.
GOOD TO KNOW
Pool and spa heating is optional: $35 a night, with a 4-night minimum. The spa is a raised part of the pool, not a separate hot tub. The home does not come with a grill, but you can rent a gas grill for your stay. You arrive to a starter supply of coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags, and bathroom tissue. Smoking is allowed outside only.
