Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!

I had a great stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great Location and Clean House

House was nice, but needs updates. There are 7 TVs, none of them are smart TVs, which in 2025 is absurd. No availability to stream or login to your personal streaming accounts. When we arrived there was also no cable. So we had 7 TVs that only had a black screen. Called management and they sent some to install new cable boxes, but only had 4. On top of that, if you changed the channel on one TV, it changed the 3 downstairs TVs as well. Appliances are LOUD. Dishwasher, washer, dryer. Also had to go get propane the first time we went to use the Pit. It was completely empty. Ridiculous considering the price of the house. And lastly, the absolutely hardest beds possible. Not one single mattress, including the sofa bed mattress is remotely comfortable. Completely cheap and filled with springs you can feel through the mattress. DO NOT expect a good night sleep.

Mothers day

We had 10 people for our celebration and went to Disney House is well laid out for large group and had many thoughtful extras, such as play pen, fans, beach towels to name a few. It waa also only a 10 minute drive to the airport.

Large, beautiful, clean home

We recently stayed at this home for 7 days, the first week of May. We had a family of 6, ranging in age from 4 to 80. The house was large and very clean. I liked that there are 3 king size beds and that 2 of the bedrooms with king beds were on the main floor. One has an ensuite but the other doesn’t, however, the 3 piece bath is right outside the door. The third bedroom with the king size bed is upstairs and it is a very large room with a very large ensuite. And there are 2 more good sized bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds in each (pictures are accurate descriptions of each room) and another bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with what you need. I would only suggest to bring containers or baggies for your leftovers if you don’t already do that as there are no containers like that. The pool was smaller than what we are used to but it was all we needed. May be a bit small if travelling with teenagers who like to play around in pool. There is a door to the pool area from one of the ensuites which was very convenient, especially with a toddler. This was our first stay at this particular resort, Paradise Palms, and we all loved it. We went to the resort pool twice. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the slide at the pool. And we enjoyed the drinks and food at the bar! Also an added bonus with this house is the free use of the BBQ. Some houses won’t let you BBQ or will charge for it. You will not be disappointed with this home!

Golf trip

House was okay. Did not have toilet paper and enough towels when we checked in the place was cold. It's mid-January. No heat was turned on. It took hours to heat up the place

Florida vacation

Overall property was very nice family had a great time only downs no propane in the grill not a big deal for us just cooked inside and carpets were little stained other than that was very nice would definitely recommend to others

Disappointing

The house is not well kept with dirty walls and limited supplies. Cooking and cleaning is impossible without your own purchase of supplies. The beds are extremely noisy to the point it wakes you when you move. Pool heater did not work. Worst house we’ve ever rented.

Big House

This house was definitely more modern than others we’ve stayed in so that was great. Nice and spacious, there was a tv/living room upstairs and downstairs which is awesome. The only downside is the open concept allowed for a big echo so when my son was watching tv upstairs in the living room, it sounded very amplified in the living room/open space below it. The pool table is great for late nights or rainy days. Be sure to read the handbook for garbage rules and things like that. The only thing I’d say should be updated are the mattresses, then it would be perfect!

Family Getaway

Excellent property to enjoy a much needed post Covid getaway. Stayed with my husband and 3 children with their partners and friends ( 7 people between the ages of 19 and 24). House had plenty of space for us all. 2 living room spaces was a bonus. Kids enjoyed the pool table in the garage. Sunny exposure of pool was enjoyed most days. House was supplied with everything we needed. Property managers were very responsive to our questions. Would stay at this property again.

The beds were all horrible. The community pool was great- we spent our days there.

The place was nice but the kitchen was very under stocked for any kind of bowls or utensils. We asked for a can opener and it took 3 days! The house pool looked dirty and we did not use it. Invest in new beds since we are paying good money to stay there please! Your response to get items to the rental properties should not take so long..

Thanksgiving stay

The overall house was pretty good, pictures make some things seem bigger. The place settings on the table had mildew/mold on them, we took them off and cleaned with bleach... other than that it was nice.

Excellent house and location

Excellent house! Bathrooms and kitchen clean. Beds not so comfortable but we loved the property- so roomy! Great location and only 10 minutes from Disney! Highly recommend! Walls need to be painted but everything else was in great shape!

Great place and facilities.

Overall the stay was excellent, the property had the basics of what was needed like toiletries, towels, the only comment we have regarding the property was that the cleaning of the floors could have been improved. There were roaches on the floor of some of the rooms and also on the showers. Other than that everything was great and we had a good time.

Met our needs

Overall this property met our needs. The paradise palms community is great, we enjoyed the private pool, and all the space. The food at the clubhouse grill was fantastic. However, the property could definitely use some work. The ants were bad enough that we went and bought ant traps to use during our stay. The walls need painted, the carpet is super worn, there are holes in walls, toilets that run, fans that don’t work, and all the mattresses are hard as rocks. It is close to Disney and lots of other popular destinations which is nice. It met our needs for the 12 days we were there, but if we decided to come back to paradise palms, we would look for a different house to stay in.

Needed family vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. From the pictures I thought the pool was larger but it actually worked out great. I saw a previous review about Swedish Fish candies on the larger dining room elevated ledge and they were still there when we got there. Need a high ladder to remove them. The master bath shower upstairs had a leak into the kitchen that stopped us from using it. The leak was reported prior to our stay.

Summer vacation

Property was ok. Good size. There were some areas of home that were not clean and haven’t been cleaned in a while. Some closet doors would not close. Pool was much smaller than expected. Nice community pool area though. Teens enjoyed the pool table.

Nice stay

We were a little worried after some of the recent reviews. My family and I had a pleasant stay here, it could use some updates like the grill and bedding. We did have to go buy wash rags but there were plenty of towels. It met all of our needs and the club house and pool were amazing!!

I will never rent here again. To begin, there was candy in the light fixtures and in window seals. We were only left with enough toiletries for 1 day. Only one towel per bathroom a few rags. the toilets are were clogged and there was roaches found in the beds and in the kitchen area. there were no trash bags left for use. the check in prices was horrible. didn’t get access code until after 4:10 and had to go through many ropes just to do that. horrible experience

Some issues, overall just OK

The house was well equipped and the pictures were accurate. The location was good for a visit to Disney World. The check in information was inaccurate- giving us a gate code when we needed to stop at the gate for an access pass instead - not the best start. We had definite issues with the cleanliness of the house. There were stains on the carpet, a dozen jelly fish candies on a high windowsill, and an orange and a bottle cap under the tv stand. We chose not to call management to send cleaners because we didn’t want more contact due to COVID, but it made it difficult to relax wondering what other cleanliness issues we couldn’t see. I’d choose another management company next trip.
