The open concept floor plan flows comfortably welcoming a large number of guests, with the benefit of both upper and lower gathering sections.  A spacious gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances provide ease for entertaining as does the formal dining area. This home boasts 12 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms some themed, others a classic style and unique features such as a fun arcade room keep guests entertained for hours. For convenience, there is a laundry unit on each floor of the home. The amenities at Solterra are abundant and include activities for all age groups ranging from a Community Clubhouse with a large beach entry pool to a waterslide, volleyball court, gym, tennis courts, poolside cafe/bar and a lazy river with an outdoor covered lanai and refreshing heated pool. Guests can enjoy FREE access during their stay. Optional pool heat available for an additional fee. Parking on site limited to five cars as per HOA guidelines.

The Resort HOA charges a "Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee" of $45 per group stay for access to the onsite clubhouse amenities this payable separately on arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.
