Full use of your duplex unit. Parking is designated to the front of the home (driveway spaces facing front door.
PLEASE do NOT block the driveway to the rear as other guest need access 24-7. Blocking this driveway can lead to vehicle being towed.

FARMERS MARKET: Occurs every Sunday 10am-3pm at Lake Eola Park.

• A non-refundable damage waiver starting at $47 for stays of 1 to 10 nights (+$2/day after 10 nights)

- If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine
- Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue
Parking for 2 vehicles. Two vehicles in the front for unit `A`. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY as it must remain clear for guest access
- For stays longer than 10 days we offer complimentary tidy clean service (required).
Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
Do not tamper with security devices, cameras, fire or carbon monoxide sensors/alarms.
Running business activity like Massage services, salon or any other kind of business services traffic at the property is strictly prohibited and can result in non refundable cancelation of your reservation
