SUN RIDGE VILLA è la casa perfetta per te e la tua famiglia per divertirti insieme. La casa è una casa a due piani con 5 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni. Quando entri in questa proprietà, puoi immediatamente vedere quanto è spaziosa la casa. La prima camera da letto si trova sulla destra e ha un grande letto king-size con TV a schermo piatto. Questa master suite ha il miglior bagno in tutta la casa. Ha un mostruoso, cabina doccia con una grande vanità che ha due lavandini. Il bagno è situato nell'angolo vicino all'armadio della biancheria.

Continuando nel resto della casa al livello principale, troverete la bella cucina che è aperta e ospita un'incantevole isola con posti a sedere per quattro. L'isola è perfetta per cucinare e intrattenere gli ospiti allo stesso tempo. La sala da pranzo si affaccia sul patio e sulla piscina dove è possibile guardare i bambini nuotare. Il soggiorno sulla destra ha un divano moderno che è nuovo di zecca e molto comodo. Lo schermo piatto è accessibile se la tua famiglia vuole guardare qualcosa in TV. C'è anche una vasca da bagno al livello principale che ha accesso attraverso una porta della piscina, il che rende molto facile l'accesso rapido.

L'area della piscina ha una grande area dove c'è da mangiare fuori per 6. La struttura dispone di una piscina e spa.

Quando salirai al secondo livello, troverai uno spazio aggiuntivo per il soggiorno e tutte le altre quattro camere da letto. Alla destra delle scale trovi la seconda suite principale. La seconda master suite al secondo livello ha un letto king size e un bagno privato. Ci sono anche due camere da letto al piano superiore, ognuna con due letti singoli ciascuna.

Multigenerational Disney Vacation

We had a fabulous time in this location. The pool and hot tub were clutch and the kids were in immediately upon arrival and any minute we would allow them. We requested the heat for the pool and hot-tub and it was ready to go upon arrival and worth the extra cost! The game room in the garage was fun for all ages. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living room was great for our group to all eat and entertain together. Rooms were all spacious and as expected. The only issue was with the lock on the sliding door missing a pin on one side and was leveraging a make-shift stopper. When this fell off, the property resolved first with a temporary solution and then sent someone to permanently fix. They were very responsive and communicative about the process. The pool was cleaned on Wednesday as they mentioned it would. If we were to go back, we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, lovely property

House was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great bonus and easy distance to centre of the resort. Had one issue with patio door and management company fixed it immediately, couldnt have asked for more. Highly recommended for large family wanting to be easy distance to parks.

Well maintained property

This is a well maintained property, that is in good condition. During our stay we found a shower drain was clogged and the pool heat did not function. I called the property management and both issues were handled promptly. We enjoyed our time staying at this home.

There is not a lot of lighting in the house..all rooms, except the kitchen, only have a tableside lamp..most the bedrooms only had 1. Several light bulbs were burnt out and there were no working outside front lights. The water/ice in fridge don't work and the spa/hot tub never got warm..the pool was warmer than the spa when running. We did kill a couple cockroaches while we were there. My husband had to re attach the dryer hose as it wasn't hooked up. The rooms and beds were all nice, just couldn't see anything in rooms due to poor lighting. The shower pressure in the upstairs master was non-existent but all others was great. Overall it wasn't a horrible stay but things definitely need to be addressed to make it better.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful, clean home. In a great at location. The home is exactly as pictured. We had neighbors on both side and had no issues. The community basketball, tiki bar, and gym were great! We stayed 5 nights and look forward to booking again.

Not as Advertised, dont stay here

I Was lied to from the start by management company, Florida Spirit Vacation Homes. the pool heater was never repaired and the pool and spa are unusable. I emailed in advance of our stay to confirm that the pool and spa heater were fuctional and florida spirit rentals emailed me back that it was, however when we arrived at the property it was evident that it did not. We were willing to pay extra for a functional pool with heat, and it was the main reason we booked this rental. My disappointed children had to watch as neighboring kids on both sides of us used their pools with glee and we could not use ours because of the low pool temp (60 degrees). It hurt my heart as a parent. We called florida spirit multiple times to report the problem, including the first day when we arrived, and each time they lied again stating that "someone was coming to fix it" but no one ever showed up. We stayed for 6 days each with the same promise and same disappointment. If you want to be lied to and disappointed you should rent from florida spirit. If not choose from the hundreds of other options in the area, this company doesnt care about their renters, only the bottom line.

Jacuzzi didn’t work

We kept emailing from the first day that the jacuzzi wasn’t heating up, they claim they was going to send someone out to fix it twice but never came. We paid $100 for 5 days to have the heated jacuzzi but was never able to use it and would like a refund!

Loved it but does need updates

It really is a nice rental house. Close to Disney, good bathrooms and bedrooms, beautiful kitchen. But the basic essentials need to be better. More towels. Dish soap and hand soap should be there. I understand buying our own toilet paper, but every single person that stays at this home should not need to buy a bottle of dish soap and bring towels from home. Needs upgraded kitchen utensils. Can opener didn't work lol. But besides that, it was awesome. The resort is beautiful with a Waterpark and pool and park and bar and grill.

Perfect Place For Family

My family and I really loved this place. It was super big and clean just like in the pictures. The neighborhood was super nice and we had no problems there, we loved the clubhouse. Super good gym and amazing pool. Great place to stay with your family

Came to have some fun but couldn’t get it all

The house needs some clean up. It wasn’t maintained very well. It doesn’t have much of dishes and kitchenware for the number of people house can host. Owner and management put minimum cheap stuff to handle basic needs. There wasn’t enough towels and some other basic stuff for the hospitality. And furnitures are ok, not so fit for that resort home. On previous stay at the same resort on a different house, we had much fun and it was way better experience. We have been told heated pool will be ready. However, we couldn’t swim at all it was cold. We have reported several times to management but they didn’t do much about it. And on the last day told us it is because of weather. House needs little bit maintenance and review of goods in it.

Read before renting/booking

Overall it was great, the house is gorgeous, spacious and close to many places for things to do including Disney parks, but getting in touch with someone to help with any question or issue with the house is nearly impossible because no one answers the numbers they give to call in case of any problems, emailing to them is waiting for hours if not days to get a reply, also more cleaning supplies need it because in a house that fix more than 5 people a small dish washer is not enough. I'll definitely rent it again but know I'll know what to expect and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing 😉

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful! Great location and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Having the pool and hot tub was a nice bonus. The property manager provided excellent instructions for everything. My only negative comments would be that the game room is not air conditioned and a bit warm for mid October. While starter dishwasher soap and paper towels are provided, no kitchen items are provided (like dish soap, salt and pepper, cooking spray) so bring your own if you plan to cook at all. Many of the rooms do not have overhead lights just lamps (not a huge deal - just a convenience thing when you are entering an unfamiliar place in the dark). Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Disney vacay house

The house is nice a spacious enough room for everyone. This house was a very relaxing spot after coming back from SeaWorld and Disney. It seem like anyone used the resort pools and it made we had the whole pool to ourselves. It felt good to jump straight into the pool after walking in the sun and relax in the hot tub. It was a big kitchen to cook home cook meals.

This house was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! It was so beautiful I actually offered to buy it! It is perfect for large families or two families for that matter!! You won’t go wrong booking this one!!

Toilet paper not included

The house was adequate, nothing special. The beds aren’t overly comfortable, the comforters are thin and there are no extra blankets. We were really disappointed they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, buying extra shouldn’t be a requirement. There are no extras in the house, there are dispensers for bathing, but only 1 section of 9 possible had anything in it. I wouldn’t book again or recommend.
