  • La vista Acadia si trova in un piccolo ed esclusivo sviluppo proprio da Margaritaville Resort, Orlando e Disney's Animal Kingdom. Questa casa ben arredata e confortevole dispone di 7 camere da letto, 6. 5 bagni e può ospitare comodamente 14 persone in 4 camere da letto con letto king size, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale e 2 camere doppie con letti singoli. L'area esterna dispone di una piscina riscaldata a gas di grandi dimensioni con vasca idromassaggio e una vasta area coperta esterna che offre uno spazio considerevole per la vita all'aperto e godersi l'abbondante sole della Florida. La piscina ha una funzione a cascata e gli altoparlanti esterni sono collegati al sistema musicale interno che può essere ascoltato in ogni stanza (ognuna con il proprio controllo del volume). Ci sono 3588 piedi quadrati sotto AC e anche la sala giochi e media è sotto AC con il suo sistema centrale dedicato (ci sono tre zone AC in tutto). TV ad alta definizione a parete, letti confortevoli e una cucina completamente attrezzata e attrezzata completano questa casa straordinariamente unica e spaziosa.

    Questa è una nuova casa per il nostro portafoglio. La casa è stata soggetta a nuovi letti, TV a parete rinnovata e servizio TV via cavo Spectrum ampliato. Questa casa ha un open space molto accomodante con 3 delle camere da letto al 1 ° piano (piano inferiore) e 4 camere da letto al piano superiore (2 ° livello). Ci sono anche 7 bagni (un mezzo bagno che conduce alla piscina). La piscina e il ponte sono semplicemente enormi e nessuna comunità è più vicina a Disney (Animal Kingdom)! Il Formosa Garden Plaza dista meno di 1,6 km da servizi, ristoranti e altre attrazioni. L'accesso è molto rapido e conveniente, nessuna linea o in attesa di entrare - basta inserire il codice al cancello della comunità e sei al sicuro all'interno di questo gioiello di una comunità. Esclusivo, spazioso e di grande valore!

This was our first experience with a vrbo and based on the property we rented I would not hesitate to do it again. The property was exactly as described. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Loved the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, commons area, well appointed kitchen with appliances. It was starting to show signs of wear and tear but no major, glaring issues. Like the gated community and located close to amusement parks, convenience stores, gas station. Quiet area.

We had a last minute cancellation at another property and booked this one same day as check-in. The host (Andrew) was extremely attentive and was able to help us end our day far less stressful than it had been. We arrived and the house and linens were clean. The pool was clean and heated nicely. They had all of the amenities stated and my family had a wonderful time! We would definitely come back.

Great place, w 2nd stay in two years. Booking again. Would like a different master bedroom mattress - but the house is perfect with so many bedrooms with private baths.

Great Place

Excellent home for our family. Large pool area and nice outdoor furniture. Home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Only issue was one first floor bed mattress was terrible. Overall excellent place to stay.

We did Universal Studios for Thanksgiving, and this house was in a great location. Andrew is a great property manager and was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this to everyone.

Wonderful house!

My son had his wedding in Disney and we rented this for some of our guests. It was perfect! With the bedrooms having their own bathrooms, pool and hot tub, kitchen was well supplied and great location! Would definitely rent again when in the area!

A wonderful home for a week!

This home was everything we could have ever wanted for our family Disney Vacation. Its location is so close to the parks and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials that you may need, but if you're bringing a lot of people, I suggest picking up some paper plates, cups, and plastic silverware so you don't have to run the dishwasher every day. This was such a wonderful home for the week, 10/10.

This review is not necessarily on the property, but on the host. The house was comfortable for our extended family of 12. There were a few snags (conflicting information on how to lock the front door, Spa timer was different than the photo in the welcome guide, spa didn't heat up at first) but these were addressed by the host in a timely manner. We weren't even going to mention the giant cockroach that greeted us when we arrived. However, a few days after our visit we received a bill for stained towels. I asked for details and was sent photos of the towels. In the photos, only one towel had evidence of a very small black mark on it. We are disappointed that we were "nickel and dimed" for damage that did not exist. We would not rent from this property management company again.

Easy and Relaxing

Everything about this property was easy and helped us relax. We were in town for a RunDisney race and this house was perfect for what we needed. Our group of all adults loved having private bathrooms in all rooms, and room to spread out. The property manager was quick to reply to questions. Just remember to bring or go out for extras of paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! It was more beautiful and comfortable than we expected. As we entered, it welcomed us with such beautiful decor, which enhances the beauty of this home. It was such an amazing place to stay and the location couldn't be any better. Amazing stay for 1 week, wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is perfect if you plan on going to any of the Disney parks, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here! My family and I are thinking of booking another trip in the near future to the same house since it was such a great experience. There was a total of 11 of us in this house and we still felt like we had room. Plenty of space in the house made it easier for people not to feel on top of each other. Overall 10/10!

Great Orlando location

The property is well kept and is as described in the listing. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, all with master baths. The large screened in patio with fenced in pool was a plus compared to other properties we have rented. It was an easy drive to both Disney and Universal Studios. Walmart is close by for essentials and Door Dash came in handy after long days at the parks.

Will be back!

This house met all of our needs. The 7 bedrooms are all good sized and have en-suite bathrooms. The twin beds allowed the kids to bring a friend. We spent most of our time at home enjoying the pool and hanging around the deck. Location was perfect, never more than 30 minutes to the activity we chose for the day. We were able to communicate quickly with our host when needed. We will be looking at returning here in the future.

Clean and conveniently located

The house was clean and conveniently located near the disney parks. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of our family. The pool and hot tub on the patio were good , the only suggestion that I would make is that the pool and hot tub need a hand rail for getting in and out. The only other note I might make is that the shower in the master bedroom could use so sort of texture or mat in it , because the tile is kind of slick. Over all we enjoyed our stay , check in/out was easy, and communication with the owner was good as we had a question about trash pickup that he took care of. We would definitely consider staying there again.
