Supreme 4 Bed Villa con spettacolare vista sul tramonto con esteso privato S / W Pool Deck Deck la nostra spaziosa casa a quattro letti situata nell'esclusiva comunità di golf di Highlands Reserve ha una cucina completamente attrezzata ed è splendidamente arredata con una grande area soggiorno, oltre a due camere per famiglie e sala da pranzo abbiamo quattro camere da letto, un letto matrimoniale king size con su suite più due ulteriori camere da letto matrimoniale e una doppia tutte dotate di nuove Smart TV. All'esterno il ponte piscina esteso si affaccia sulla seconda buca del campo da golf. La comunità è a pochi passi da negozi, bar e ristoranti locali, campo da golf e campo da tennis.

Stunning villa with a fantastic location!We spent a wonderful week here with our whole family and can warmly recommend this villa to everyone!The house was very cozy and clean, but two things, in particular, became our family's favorites: the pool and the game room. The pool area provided the perfect setting for relaxing and playing together at the end of the day. The game room was also a huge hit and offered great entertainment for the evenings.The villa's location in the Highlands Reserve area is excellent. It was a major advantage that a grocery store and several good restaurants were just a short walk away. It made daily life so easy when we didn't have to start the car for every little thing. The area itself feels very peaceful and safe.Everything from the communication onwards went perfectly, and the house fully met our expectations. We would love to come back again!

3rd stay in this wonderful villa!

This was our 3rd stay in this wonderful villa. Needless to say we were excited to get back here again this year. The pool is lovely, and the plot of land the villa sits on is a great size. Hedging on either side provides privacy from the neighbouring villas but its open aspect onto the golf course makes it all feel so spacious. The south facing deck gets the sun all day, and the covered lanai provides plenty of shade. The villa itself is wonderful, great size for our family stay. The kids love the Harry Potter themed room and the master bedroom is fantastic. It’s clear to us the owners take great pride in the villa. Since our previous visit last year Mark and Karen have installed new carpets throughout, bought new outdoor furniture and provided little extras like usb ports for every room. Just small things like this really make this villa a cut above the rest!Communication with Mark has been brilliant each time we have stayed, he was always on hand if we had a query.We love this villa so much we are in fact planning our 4th trip!Thank you for having us Mark and Karen.

Lovely villa in really good location to access the parks. You can also quickly get to restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely comfortable beds and sofas. Great pool with lovely outdoor space.

Beautiful Outdoor Area

Loved our stay but more detail could be done about the cleaning. Just needs a deep clean especially in the kitchen area. We did it ourselves so that we could enjoy cooking in the kitchen. Great house for two couples. I would have the property manager do a how are things phone call the day you check in.

Amazing stay

Really enjoyed all aspects of the villa and pool especially my morning coffee looking out on the golf course. Hosts were excellent with answering any questions I had and would definitely come back and stay again.

Can’t rate this properly highly enough. Exactly what we needed and as it turned out proved to be hurricane proof as well. We have stayed in this area before so knew what to expect from a location point. The house had everything you would need for your holiday villa (even the owners on holiday next door). Couldn’t fault the communication with the owners Mark and Karen, so a big thank you to them for everything they did for us. No surprise then that I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Villa!

We stayed in The Highlands Reserve before and the villa was allocated on arrival as part of the booking. The previous villa we stayed at was fine but this time we decided to book accommodation ourselves so we knew exactly what we were getting. As soon I saw this villa listed, I knew that this was the place for us! The house is huge and suited our party of 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. It's also very well equipped with everything you need and it was immaculate. It felt like a real home from home, albeit, a much better one! The pool area is larger than many other properties in this location so there is plenty of space for everyone. The fact that it is south facing and has stunning views of the golf course is an added bonus (the course is also great so get a round in if you can!) Theme parks are around 20-30 mins drive, depending on traffic and the locale itself has everything you need with a Publix supermarket and restaurants just a couple of minutes down the road. We had the best time staying here and if we are making any trips to Orlando again in the future, this is where we'll be. Thank you so much Mark and Karen for allowing us to make some amazing memories in your home, it really is beautiful!

Fantastic Villa

Absolutely brilliant stay yet again. This was our 2nd stay in this wonderful villa, we absolutely loved it. The villa itself is a great size, really comfortable with plenty of amenities, however it’s the pool/ deck area that steal the show for us. South facing it gets the sun the whole day whilst the lanai offers a great chance to escape from the sun, or sit under while watching the thunderstorms! Unlike many villas that can be very overlooked, this villa feels very private yet so open with views into the golf course. We love it so much we have already booked for next year! An amazing property close to all you need.

We stayed fo a week at the end of May. Communication from the host leading up to the stay was great, we had all the info we needed to hit the ground running. We decided to pay for pool heating and this was very pleasant, so a good move. A BBQ was provided at no charge, which is a great and needed bonus since other hosts charge extra for this. The entire villa was spotless and well cared for. The kid's Harry Potter-themed room was fantastic. There is a Publix supermarket just over the road and the parks were just over 30 minutes away with good traffic. Thank you for a lovely stay, we were sad to leave! :-) The Cullen and Moscrop Family.

A great place for our annual trip to follow our son's sports team. He has two more years and we can see making this our go-to house. Well located for us, comfy, private, quiet (even w the golf course) and clearly a well-loved community with lots of full time residents.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures except the flooring. The pool area I would rate 5/5. Beautiful private and comfortable. The house needs a deep cleaning. The carpets were terrible! The house could use an upgrading. We spent 99% of our time outside. Golf course was awesome along with the people running it. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again if flooring was updated. House is in a great location walking distance to everything you need. Owner was quick and responsive to my emails.

Great property

Great property, well maintained and in a really good location. Close enough to get to Disney, shops etc but far enough out to be nice and quiet. The house has everything you could need on holiday. The pool area is the biggest we have stayed at and gets the sun all day. Many thanks Mark

Best Vacation Home Ever

This is a great location located right outside of Orlando, really close to Disney without staying in the Disney traffic!! Fun for the entire family. There’s a great selection of restaurants and activities nearby. The pool is spectacular and the security system gave us peace of mind for the kids. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We felt very “at-home.” The owner had great communication and although I had no issues during my stay, I have no doubt that their team would have worked to resolve any problem based on the communication and help I received before and during booking. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Relaxing time.

The home was as in the photos, modern and clean. The pool and view from the lanai were impressive. The only negative was the TV in any of the rooms. We had the WIFI password but it would not invoke the apps. We called and Danton the property manager who helped solve the issue by rebooting the router. He was very helpful and very pleasant to speak with even though it was the end of his day. Btw we found that US27 was extremely busy and extremely slow at different times during the day. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely home.

Perfect Villa with Golfview and pool

We stayed more than a week, and enjoyed every day! The villa is clean with very well designed interior. The pool is perfect after a day of golf, the terrace is very big and has a beautiful view on the golf court, the sundown view is a little bit blocked by neighbours big bamboo. Communication with Mark was very easy! We would highly recommend this villa!

A great place to be
