Sweet Magnolia: 4 Bedroom / Sleeps 8

Family friendly home located on cul-de-sac just 3 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. This private pool home backing onto conservation will have everything you are looking for.

See nightly fireworks while relaxing on the pool deck from this four bedroom, 3 bath pool home. This home has two master en-suites both with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. In the third bedroom you will find a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds, set up for the little ones to enjoy their stay. All bedrooms have a television and ceiling fan.

Comfortable sectional sofa provides plenty of seating after a busy day enjoying the area. Cable TV and high speed 1 Gig internet included. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family.

Don't forget about the games room with Ping-Pong table and Foosball as well as a dart board. You will find hours of entertainment in here!

The private pool area backs on to peaceful conservation and lake. Enjoy splashing around in the crystal clear pool, soak up the Florida sunshine on the loungers or relax in the shade under the covered area with table and chairs. Pool heat is available for an additional cost – please inquire.

BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The home is minutes from the large amount of shopping and dining choices along Hwy 192. Less than 15 minutes from Disney and just 30 mins to Universal, the home is a great base for your vacation.

Wonderful stay

The house was beautiful and very spacious. My family spent 5 days there and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool and games room and we saw the Disney fireworks from the backyard. It was close to everything. I will definitely stay her again on our next family vacation

Great house for family gathering

House had everything a family wld need. Down to strollers,high chair,baby swing and a beautiful Pool. Thank you so much for a beautiful place to stay. Our family had a great time and felt right at home

Christmas Vacation

We booked this trip for our family and my sister and brother in law and their 2 kids for a Christmas vacation to Disney and this house was perfect! First thing I want to start off by saying is that this house is located in the perfect location, close to all the stores you will need and all the Disney attractions. Checking into the home was easy and haste free! Upon arrival the house was very clean and well-kept, it had everything we could possibly need to cook while being there and is set up perfectly. All of the beds were very comfortable, we all slept great!! We opted to have the heat turned on in the pool since we would be using it a lot at night and it was perfectly heated the whole time! Having 3 bathrooms was great 1 for the kids and each couple had their own bathroom and with all the people in the house there was still plenty of hot water to go around. We had four days scheduled at different Disney and water parks, all of our drives were only 10 to 15 minutes tops to get to the parks so it made or stay that much better not having to deal with a long commute and NO traffic!! We all enjoyed our stay so much for thinking about making it our new yearly tradition, we will definitely be renting this property again in the future!!
