Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers a comfortable and stylish retreat for up to 8 guests, perfect for families or groups visiting Orlando.
Enjoy the privacy of your own splash pool, stylish interiors, and a prime location just minutes from major attractions, dining, and shopping.
Home Layout & Sleeping Arrangements:
Ground Floor:
• Queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom (shower) — perfect for guests who prefer staying on the main floor.
Upstairs:
• Master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom (shower)
• A fun and cozy kids' room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full-size bed (shares bathroom with hallway)
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Living Space
The modern kitchen includes everything you need to cook during your stay — stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware and utensils. The open-concept living and dining areas are bright, welcoming, and offer direct access to the private pool area.
Outdoor & Community Features
• Private splash pool with screened-in lanai — a great spot to relax after a busy day at the parks
• Optional pool heating available (see notes below)
• Complimentary access to nearby clubhouse amenities including pool, spa, gym, game room, and playground (if applicable to the community)
Prime Location
Situated in a quiet, secure community, the home is just a short drive from Disney (approx. 18–22Private Splash Pool minutes), close to top restaurants, shopping centers, and local conveniences like Walmart (5 min drive).
Important to Know:
Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to request a quote. Pool can still be used without heating.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.
Pool heaters are preset to 86°F before arrival and operate 12 hours per day. Water temperature may vary depending on weather. Refunds for heating are only provided if the guest has paid for it and a verified technical issue has occurred. Any refund will not exceed the amount paid for heating.
Grill Disclaimer
A grill is provided at the property for guest use; however, it is not maintained or serviced by the owner or the management company. It is made available as a courtesy for your convenience and should be used outside of the pool area only. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use and for replenishing the propane or gas supply as needed.
Please note:
• The grill’s availability and condition are not guaranteed.
• We do not provide refunds, replacements, or compensation in the event the grill is missing, non-functional, or unusable.
• Guests are encouraged to check on the presence and condition of the grill prior to check-in if its availability is important to them.
Use of the grill is entirely at the guest’s discretion and responsibility.

What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
?? Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

The achieved water temperature depends on weather conditions.
Pool heaters operate 12 hours per day during daylight hours.
No refund or compensation will be issued if the pool heater malfunctions or fails to reach the desired temperature.
Spa heating (if the property includes a built-in spa) is not included in this offer.
Guests wishing to heat the spa at a higher temperature than the pool may add Spa Heat for $20/day.
Spa heating must be booked for the entire stay and paid at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a call-out fee.
