Welcome to your Florida retreat - perfect for families & groups seeking fun, comfort, and relaxation near Disney! Enjoy spacious living, resort-style amenities, and entertainment for all ages:

Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Lakeridge Winery is a local Winery...Located 30 minuts away that offers wine tasting and loads of Activities on the weekends including Food Trucks

Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers World Famous Estefan Restaurant owned by Gloria Estefan. A state of the art Water park. Shopping and loads of other Restaurants. Shopping and a Dine In Movie Theatre.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows...Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Step into your own private oasis with a heated pool and hot tub available year-round, open 24 hours a day. Lounge in the Florida sunshine on comfortable sunbeds, enjoy a meal outdoors under the covered dining area, or sway in the hammock with a book in hand. A gas BBQ grill makes it easy to prepare evening cookouts, while nearby resort amenities such as a gym, tennis, and volleyball courts are available with no extra fees. With lake access just a short path away, guests can explore a natural side of Clermont beyond the theme parks.

Entertainment and game room
Inside, the fully air-conditioned game room is designed for fun at every age. Challenge friends to a game of ping pong, rack up on the pool table, or enjoy the classic appeal of arcade games. A Roku Smart TV is also available in the space, making it a lively hub for both kids and adults. The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. The main master suite includes a king bed, Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with a bidet and soaking tub, plus direct access to the pool and spa area. A second master ensuite also features a king bed and Roku TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and the fourth includes a full-over-full bunk bed, each with ceiling fans and smart TVs. For added flexibility, the living room features two queen memory foam sleeper sofas paired with a 65-inch Roku Smart TV for group movie nights.

Kitchen and dining
Meals come together effortlessly in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and thoughtful extras like a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and mixer. Cookware, bakeware, and wine glasses ensure every meal, from family breakfasts to evening gatherings, can be prepared with ease. Guests can dine at the large indoor table or step outside for poolside meals in the warm Florida air.

Family and tech-friendly comforts
Families will find everything they need for a comfortable stay, including a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and a baby bath. Nice Property

I liked this property, it was in a nice neighborhood, the pool and hot tub were great. Management was very responsive and replaced the can opener that was broken the next morning.
