• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Two parking passes will be provided . Please return both passes on check out day to avoid fines.
. All trash must be placed outside in the front bin inside 13 gallon bags to avoid fines.

-parties are are not allowed! A fine of $1000 will be accessed if found partying and unit is over occupied. No refund will be provided in this case . The HOA here is very strict .
