    Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

    There is a BBQ grill at the home. The cost to rent it is $95 + tax per stay.
    3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
    There is a child safety fence.
    4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
    The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

    Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
    6) Are linens and towels provided?
    Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
    7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

Exactly what we needed!

We stayed 4 nights with our toddler. The house was clean, welcoming and exactly as described. I felt safe with the door alarm on the sliding door to get out to the pool area. The gate around the pool itself was child proof for my toddler. We liked having the kitchen to cook meals and save money as opposed to previous trips to Disney where we stayed in hotels. We used the pack and play and kitchen booster for our child and the provided baby gates which was nice to have. My son’s favorite room was the game room. He loved the lights, giant storm trooper statue and the air hockey table. The drive to animal kingdom was 12 minutes and very easy to get to and from. We also went to Hollywood studios which was about 20 minutes. The short commute was perfect after a busy Disney day. On our non Disney park day we visited the clubhouse and made a cute craft in the activity center. We also went to one of the playgrounds and took a short walk. The community felt very safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.
