    Mentre guidi fino al cancello principale di Emerald Island, attraverso l'ingresso fiancheggiato da palme con fontane di delfini, ti accorgerai di stare in un posto speciale.
    L'ampio e ben arredato soggiorno / sala da pranzo ha un divano letto matrimoniale convertibile e un sistema di intrattenimento completamente attrezzato. Ciò include una TV a grande schermo, un sistema DVD e stereo, tutto per il tuo piacere di intrattenimento. A capo del soggiorno / sala da pranzo c'è la cucina rinnovata e completamente attrezzata, che comprende una gamma superiore in ceramica, frigorifero / congelatore affiancato con ghiaccio e acqua nella porta, lavastoviglie, smaltimento dei rifiuti e forno a microonde. Sono inclusi anche i piatti Wolfgang Puck, il contenitore, i piatti di Topolino e il tostapane di Topolino e il waffle. Tutto ciò che avresti a casa è in questa bella casa.
    Mangia nel comodo bar per la colazione con sgabelli da bar o angolo colazione separato, per una cena informale, con vista sulla piscina.

    Abbiamo cercato di pensare a tutto, dal tostapane di Topolino al waffle, al frullatore per quelle bevande ghiacciate a bordo piscina. Una lavanderia separata con lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro si trova appena fuori dalla zona cucina. Se ciò non bastasse, il garage è stato convertito in una sala giochi con moquette completa di tavolo da biliardo, air hockey, Foosball® e flipper con gioco gratuito e TV con Playstation 2®. La sala giochi ha anche un tavolo alto con sgabelli da bar per adulti.
    C'è una griglia a gas e un patio coperto, in modo da poter uscire dal sole. Ci sono lettini e un tavolo e sedie da giardino, oltre a una griglia a gas. Torna a casa e fatti un barbecue e osserva i bambini nuotare. C'è anche una barriera di sicurezza e allarmi su tutte le porte che conducono alla piscina.

    La casa dispone di quattro camere da letto che possono ospitare fino a dieci persone. La prima camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e porte finestre che conducono direttamente alla piscina e al centro benessere, TV via cavo, telefono privato, asciugacapelli.

    Questa camera ha un bagno padronale collegato con doccia separata, bancone in marmo con doppio lavandino. La seconda camera da letto principale ha anche un letto matrimoniale con TV via cavo. C'è anche una sala da bagno con tutti gli asciugamani e asciugacapelli. Le due camere doppie hanno ciascuna due letti singoli. Ogni camera è stata progettata appositamente per i bambini e include decorazioni a tema Disney, TV via cavo, lettore DVD e numerosi giochi e giocattoli. Una stanza per bambini ha un tema di Topolino e l'altra ha un tema congelato.
    Ogni comfort di casa è stato pensato. Questa sarà la tua casa lontano da casa. Walt Disney World è un disco da due a tre miglia ed è abbastanza vicino per tornare durante il giorno e pranzare e fare una nuotata. Quindi tornare ai parchi per cena o per vedere i fuochi d'artificio. Universal Studios e Islands of Adventure sono circa 15-20 minuti e Sea World è circa 10 minuti. lontano.

Our family loved staying at tinker bell. We felt very safe and secure with the 24 hour security guard. My son loved the pinball gameBoth kids and husband spent a lot of time playing pool and air hockey as wellThe pool was divine and the hot tub was fabulous. We definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in the area. The pool was great! So glad we decided to heat it for this time of year. Even though it was in the high seventies low eighty’s the pool was the perfect temperature. The game room was also fun and kept us entertained when we decided to stay at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Emerald Island Resort is a MUST for your vacation

My family ( husband 3 children ages 14,14 and 11) went on our first family vacation to the Tinkerbell Home. We had the absolute best time. The accommodations were exactly how described and the property manager ( Krystal) was a pleasure to deal with. We had no issues whatsoever and will definitely be returning. If you are looking for a great, private and secure area, contact the Host, Jane to book your stay!

Tinkerbell House

Location was excellent! Easy to get around. The house was very comfortable. Wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived but that was due to a power outage in the community. We all enjoyed the pool. We would definitely book this house again if we come back to Florida!

This property has every amenity we could need. It also has a few extra that aren't in some comparable spots. Very nice house and reasonably priced.

The neighborhood and location of the house is great. The house was clean, and talking with the host went fairly well. We had some minor issues while down but they were quickly addressed. If anything was a negative there is a shortage of lights in the bedrooms. The light in the second largest bedroom is just a small bedside lamp that you had to plug in and unplug at night. No celing fans in kids rooms and the fan they provided did not work. The game room we did not use during the trip cause the air hockey table was broken and it wasnt until the end if the trip we finally figured out how to turn on the video game and pinball machine. No big loss for us as most of our time was spent out of the house or in spa and pool.

Perfect location and great neighborhood!

Perfect for us. We had the best time in the Tinkerbell House. Clean, great layout, well kept and beautifully landscaped neighborhood, game room was all usable and great fun for the family. Only suggestion is chalk for the pool sticks so the hubs can’t use it as excuse for losing. ;) Universal, SeaWorld and WDW only 20-25 minutes away, with traffic. Very close to the parks but Emerald Island Resort is a perfect retreat from the tourist chaos! We will definitely stay here again.

Fun Villa for a family

Had a great 3 week holiday in this villa, perfect for 1 family unit with lovely sunny extended pool deck and a lanai for essential shade. Fun games room for both parents and children. All essentials provided Would recommend and book again. The only niggle for us was with the doors .. the main entrance door lock worked but didn’t feel secure and we wedged a chair against it at night and only 1 of the 2 patio doors opened and locked easily. Sure these issues easily sorted.

The location is great for WDW - 15min to any park. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. The game room and pool were great entertainment for kids. The floors were a bit dirty (not swept behind doors, floss laying in middle of room). Sparse amenities - four forks in kitchen and no pot holders, 1 hand towel for entire home. PS2 and 2 TVs not working.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Some fun family rivalries were born at the pool table. The game room and pool were great and the location was conveniently close to the Disney parks. We were asked to set the thermostat at around 78°F during the day when away from the house. This makes sense, but if the outside temperature is really hot like it was when we were there, the air conditioning has trouble cooling things down in the evening. The surface of the pool is a bit rough so you may want to consider wearing something on your feet. The main bed squeaks pretty loud as was mentioned elsewhere. Overall, the issues were minor and our stay was good. If you have a family, there is plenty to keep everyone busy.

This was our second stay at the property in the last 5 years. The stay itself and the home were really great. The location cannot be better, so close to everything Disney and about 30 minutes to Universal(traffic). The Emerald Island resort area is Fantastic; very secure and welcoming. This was the first time we used the community pool and hot tub. We had some minor issues with the pool that the property mgr quickly handled once we send some pics. My only complain was the Hot Tub or lack of heat….let preface by saying it’s an add. 200 plus to have the Hot Tub heated. Our previous visit we didn’t pay for the “hot” water and my arthritic knees paid the price. So we splurged this time around. Day 1 we are excited to use it, turn it on and no heat. We let it run for hrs and still no heat. I contacted the property mgr who then told me the pool water must be too “hot” to have an effect?? She said if the water is too hot in the pool, it effects the Hot Tub..Strange… I chalk it up and move on. We go to the community pool and I use the hot tub there, yup over 100 degrees!! Fantastic! We try multiple other days to no avail., at the house. I contact the property mgr again to say we actually got a thermometer and the temp of the hot tub and pool never rose over 80 degrees. I tell her either the heat doesn’t work or no one turned it on. She went silent. All I wanted was the heat I paid extra for. If you charge extra for HOT, you should get it. Still no reply.

Perfect home base for everything Orlando

Everything about this place was welcoming. It has a clean pool, playroom (pinball and classic arcade games FTW!), and four bedrooms to recharge. Real easy to get to the parks. We did all the Disney parks and spent a day at Discovery Cove. This place felt like coming home after a long hot day! Would definitely stay here again

Nice house

We stayed here for a week while visiting Disney world. The location of the property was great and made it super easy to get to and from the parks. The neighborhood was nice and we loved the extra security of it being gated. The property itself was nice overall and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. It definitely is a bit dated but was clean and that’s all that mattered to us. The pool and hot tub were awesome after long days at the parks. We all really enjoyed the game room as well! The only reasons we didn’t give it 5 stars was because for one the property can accommodate up to 8 people yet the kitchen is only stocked with FIVE spoons! We couldn’t even all eat at the same time and we were constantly having to wash them. I did see another review from awhile back stating the same complaint so sounds like it’s been a problem. If you stay here make sure you bring plastic utensils! Our other complaint was we paid the extra to have the pool/hot tub heated yet we were given no instructions on how the pool heat would be turned on or how to operate the hot tub. I ended up calling the property manager and she was super nice and walked me through it but that should’ve been written down somewhere for guests to have access to without having to try to get ahold of someone from property management. Overall we had a nice vacation and the house worked well for us for the most part! If you are looking for a nice and affordable option this is definitely one to consider!

Close to Disney

Our stay was ok! The location of the house is awesome and their is a lot of things to do around! The grocery stores are close and the amenities where the house is located are great( mini golf , pool, tennis and play ground)! If you are planning to stay here get yourself ready to pay extra $20 for entrance card per car ( something that has never been mentioned to us). We stayed in the end of November and the pool that the house have was cold which was never mentioned to us. To have it warm we had to pay extra! We never found that info anywhere on the listing or the additional information we received! The maintenance guy came to turn on the heat for the pool and we paid cash to him and we never received a receipt! We kindly ask him to show us how to lock the fence for the pool since we had little kids with us and he couldn’t do it so we got a really rude answer like : “Soo you can’t just watch your kids?!?” ! This was one bad experience! I bought more things to accommodate our stay at this house that I ever bought before with any other house we have stayed before( laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, cleaning supply)! All the mattresses need to be replaced, they are squeaking and you can’t even turn without someone from the other people hearing you! The cleaners didn’t do such a good job cleaning this house! We found candy wrappers and other stuff around the bedrooms and when I tried to clean it with the vacuum that thing was staffed with garbage and it was with a broken handle! I cleaned it for them! After all I think with a little bit of talk with the management people can really have a great stay! The kitchen is equipped with all you need and the pool is great( when warm)! I recommend getting the insurance staying here so you are on the safe side! I really wanted to enjoy this stay more and some of the things we got “hiccups “ with were not worth calling the owner! I hope they fix the hi-lighted problems so they can have people really enjoy their stay!

Beautiful home

Overall this house was perfect for our stay. There were a couple little things that would have made it better but nothing worth complaining about. Definitely recommend staying here! Our family absolutely loved it.

Great place!

We had a great experience at this place. My whole family including 2 kids ages 2 and 6 really enjoyed staying here. It is also close to alot of restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend this place.
