Welcome to your magical 3BR/2BA townhome in Regal Palms Resort, just 20 mins from Disney! Features include a king bed in the master, Disney Princess room (queen bed), Star Wars room (2 twins), PS5, Smart TVs with Spectrum, Keurig (K-Cups & grounds), and starter supplies. Enjoy the pool, lazy river, hot tub, and gym. Resort Fee Included in Reservation. Sleeps 6 (max 8, no extra bedding/towels). Tubes for Lazy River not included—bring your own or buy locally.

Regal Palms Resort is a gated vacation community in Davenport, FL, just 20 minutes from Disney. It features a tropical-style pool area with a lazy river (tubes not included, available for sale), zero-entry pool, water slide, hot tub, tiki bar, indoor spa, fitness center, arcade, and more. The resort charges a $20/day + tax fee per home, included in reservation, which gives your entire group full access to all amenities. It’s perfect for families looking for resort-style fun without the crowds or high prices of larger parks. Grocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses are just minutes away.



Guests check in at the resort front desk to receive access bands & parking pass. Then proceed to the townhouse and enter using the electronic lock. Resort amenities include pool, lazy river, spa, gym & more.
