Welcome to your Orlando Area home base - perfect for families heading to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, with plenty of space to unwind after park days!

Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 10 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions.
Close to Champions Gate.

World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 15-30 minutes based on the course you prefer to play one

All l of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Also close to Lake Louisa park which offers hiking an camping as well as fishing.

Lakeridge Winery is a local Winery. Located 30 minutes away that offers wine tasting and loads of Activities on the weekends including Food Trucks.
Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers World Famous Estefan Restaurant owned by Gloria Estefan. A state of the art Water park. Shopping and loads of other Restaurants. Shopping and a Dine In Movie Theatre.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows...Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Soft Florida breezes drift across the patio as you settle beside the glistening pool, the morning quiet inviting you to slow down before heading out to the parks. After full days exploring the Orlando Area, you return to a space designed for unwinding together, whether that means gathering for a casual dinner, dipping into the spa with optional heating, or letting the kids dive into games and playtime.

Sleeping arrangements
With room for up to 10 guests, the home features four bedrooms and a layout suited to families and groups. Two master suites each offer a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV for added privacy. Another bedroom provides a queen bed, while the Toy Story-themed room includes two single beds and a TV. A queen-size sofa bed in the living area adds extra flexibility.

Living, work, and play
Connected living and family rooms open toward the pool area, creating an easy flow for relaxing between park visits. Smart TVs, fast WiFi, and a dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door support downtime or remote work. Entertainment extends to the game room, where you will find arcade games, a pool table, ping pong, board games, and life size games. The children's playroom and theme room add even more space for imaginative fun.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, complemented by a dining area ideal for shared breakfasts or relaxed evenings in. Breakfast is provided, giving you a simple start to your day before heading out to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, or the upcoming Universal EPIC park.

Outdoor living
The private backyard centers around an in-ground pool and spa, available year-round, with optional heating for both. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a private patio, and a gas BBQ grill create comfortable moments outdoors in the mild Orlando Area climate. A private entrance and easy driveway parking make coming and going simple.

Family-ready features
Traveling with kids is made easier with a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, room-darkening shades, an indoor children’s playroom, and an outdoor playground. The home is pet-friendly, welcoming four-legged family members.

Resort access and location
Guests enjoy free access to nearby resort facilities, including a shared gym, sports courts, and areas for fishing. The home offers convenient proximity to Disney World’s parks - Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios - as well as Universal Studios, Universal EPIC park, and SeaWorld, while still providing a peaceful place to return to each day.

Comfort and conveniences
The single-level layout includes central air conditioning, central heating, a washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, and lake access via a nearby path or dock. Exterior security cameras on the front and back of the home provide added peace of mind, with none inside. Self check-in with a smart lock and optional housekeeping support longer stays.

This Orlando Area villa is set up for easy, family-friendly living, balancing play, rest, and the comforts of home between your theme park adventures.

Easy accessability to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
