Travel times may vary depending on traffic and time of day.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire townhouse and the available amenities at Emerald Island Resort, subject to the community’s rules and access requirements.

The resort is a gated community with controlled security access.

PARKING

Parking is conveniently available directly in front of the property.

Emerald Island Resort charges a one-time parking fee of US$20 per vehicle, per reservation.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$60 plus applicable taxes. Propane gas is included.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
