Discover magic and family fun at this elegant Emerald Island Resort escape. Perfect for a group getaway, this inviting seven-bedroom home comes fully furnished for modern comfort and carefree vacation living. Close to great golf, Disney parks, and Orlando attractions this two-story retreat comes packed with endless opportunities for entertainment, with private features including a sparkling pool, spa, and game room. On-site perks include a pool area complete with a tropical bar, plus mini golf, sports courts, and a gym.

Spend days at your own private pool complete with a spa, and soak-up the good times around the fully screened lanai. When you're hungry, fire up the gas grill for a poolside barbecue. Challenge guests to some friendly competition ini the game room with a few rounds of pool and Ping-Pong. The gorgeous full kitchen showcases sparkling counters and a suite of stainless steel appliances, including an eat-in kitchen for four. A pass-through window connects the dining area, with table seating 8. Spread across two floors, the bedrooms offer private comfort for everyone, including three, kid's bedrooms. A primary suite on each floor includes private en suite bathroom access. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Pets: The pet fee is $75 for the entire stay (this is for additional cleaning). A maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please pick up any dog waste.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. A Tesla Electric Vehicle Charger with a universal J1772 plug is available and free of cost.

Pool Heat Fee: 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $35 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Please reach out to me after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Incredible Service

Hi, my family of 4 booked the home to escape from St Petersburg and the effects of Hurrican Milton. Due to other friends also needing to leave we grew from 1 family of 4 to 3 families with a total of 10 adults and kids. The home was very clean, tons of space to spread out and find your own privacy, the pool was great and neighborhood quiet, safe and gated, with many shopping and dining options near by. The host was amazing as our circumstances continued to change based on the storm. The single best experience I have encountered when renting. Thank you!

In Kissimmee for a family Disney vacation

My family and I are frequent travelers to Florida, and always try to stay in the same area, and this has been one of the best rentals we have stayed at to date. Overall very spacious, and ample amount of rooms, and common space for all. I rate it very highly on cleanliness, along with being a truly pet friendly property with bowls supplied for your pets, which was a first for me, all bases seem to have been covered. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again.

Beautiful house

We had a great time! The house is beautiful the only issue, it was not included in the advertising before you book that you have to inform the owner ahead of time if you have to avail the heated pool. You'll only be notified that you have to pay for the heated pool and you have to inform them right away if you avail it because it would take 36hrs before the pool to be heated after you book. It was late already when i read the owner's message after I book if we're going to avail the heated pool. I informed them a night before the check in day but I was told it was too late already beacause it would take 36hrs the pool to be heated. The kids did not enjoy that much because they werent able to go swimming as the weather was sooo cold. Bring also a lot tissues, paper towel, dishwashing soap and garbage bag, they dont have that much stocks.

Great House

This house has been remodeled beautifully. It is very clean and inviting. There are more than enough rooms to choose from. The pool was wonderful. My family and I felt very at home in this house. The host was great. I would book this house again.
