-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

Getting Around:

Per state order, gatherings above the allowed occupancy are prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund and police involvement. Only registered guests may stay.



All units are privately owned. Owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost items unclaimed 24 hrs after checkout. Guests accept all risks by booking.



Storm Policy:

Refunds only apply if local/state authorities issue a mandatory evacuation due to a storm or hurricane. Refunds will cover: unused nights, shortened stays, or canceled arrivals during the evacuation period.
