La nostra villa si trova in Florida, appena fuori dall'autostrada 27 con l'Interstate 4 a un'estremità, dalle coste da est a ovest, che dà accesso alla costa del Golfo, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral e Cocoa Beach. All'altra estremità del 27 è il 192 che ti porta nelle aree di Kissimmee / Orlando, a 15 minuti dalle attrazioni Disney e pochi minuti più avanti troverai Sea World, Universal Studios e International Drive con il famoso centro "Belz". L'aeroporto internazionale di Orlando è a 30 minuti da noi e anche entro un'ora o meno ci sono gli aeroporti di Sanford e Tampa.

Inoltre nella zona ci sono MGM Studios, Islands of Adventure e Citywalk presso Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Downtown Disney, Legoland e Busch Gardens.

Bella casa in stile ranch privato (senza scale), costruita nel 2007 situata in una strada senza uscita in un ambiente estremamente tranquillo e sicuro che si affaccia su un'area del parco di conservazione, a pochi minuti dai campi da golf, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Ristoranti , Supermercati, negozi al dettaglio, centri benessere e negozi.

Non troverete un ambiente più privato a Calabay Parc di questa casa. La parte migliore è per le famiglie con bambini. C'è un parco giochi grande, tranquillo, sicuro e privato vicino alla casa. La casa è mantenuta in condizioni perfette. Calabay Parc è idealmente situato sulla US27 circa cinque minuti a nord dell'Interstate 4 e cinque minuti a sud della US192. Negozi e supermercati sono a meno di 10 minuti. Siamo a quindici minuti da Disney, venticinque minuti dagli Universal Studios e trentacinque minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Orlando.

Ci sono molti ristoranti, supermercati e piccoli negozi di alimentari e una farmacia a pochi minuti di distanza, compresi quelli a Berry Town Center e Ridge-View Plaza.

La stazione di servizio più vicina si trova a circa un miglio a sud, subito dopo Ridge-View Plaza.

Anche Posner Park, a circa 5 miglia a sud di Calabay Parc, si sta rapidamente espandendo con una buona selezione di grandi negozi e negozi di alimentari.

Siamo circondati da alcuni dei migliori campi da golf della Florida, tra cui Champions Gate, Falcon's Fire, Mystic Dunes e Ridgewood Lakes ecc.

C'è un tavolo da giardino e 6 sedie con ombrellone e 2 sedie a sdraio e sedie aggiuntive a bordo piscina per godersi il sole in questa proprietà esposta a sud. Una griglia elettrica da 18 '' con superficie di cottura esterna (George Foreman) è fornita anche per le vostre esigenze di cottura nel barbecue nel patio.

Questa casa è dotata di quattro camere da letto. Ci sono due master suite e due camere per bambini. Le due camere matrimoniali hanno letti king size, ampio spazio armadio, cassettiere, TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e bagni privati completi (una vasca ha la doccia e una grande vasca da bagno e l'altra vasca solo la doccia). Le camere da letto per bambini hanno due letti singoli ciascuna, TV con lettore DVD e videoregistratore e giochi più sono completamente decorate con temi Disney. La stanza delle ragazze è inoltre dotata di un materasso estraibile sotto un letto che consente a 3 persone di dormire in questa stanza. Il 3 ° bagno completo (con vasca) si trova nel corridoio tra le camere dei bambini.

Il soggiorno e le camere den separate sono entrambi dotati di TV a schermo piatto, DVD e dispongono di tutti i divani e sedie in pelle reclinabili per il massimo comfort.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort necessari per il vostro soggiorno, tra cui lavastoviglie, tostapane, frullatore per bevande, tostapane, forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè e tutte le pentole / utensili necessari.

We stayed here to watch our daughter play College Softball. The house was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. If it all works out we will stay there again next year. That area is very nice as well. Close to everything.

We were nervous about using a VRBO for the first time, but our minds were put at ease as the owner was easily accessible (even called me back to better answer my email questions before our trip).We wanted the kids (23, 25, and 26) to all have separate bedrooms, so we picked on number of bedrooms first, and then read the other reviews.Home matched the other reviews - clean, lots of amenities (most we did not need; crib, games room, pool), and good layout of the home.The best thing was a very quiet end of the street - only people walking their dogs to the natural area next to the home. We stayed 11 nights and were able to easily drive to Disney, Universal, LEGOLAND, Gator Land, Outlet Shopping, and Daytona Raceway/Beach. Great location.Publix (grocery store) close and very handy (stopped on way to VRBO to stock up). Some restaurants / fast food places close (Chipotle and Giovanni's were good choices).Bottom Line: Yes, I would stay there again. And yes, I would recommend the home to family and friends.Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a fantastic stay in this home. Everything was as described. The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything you could possibly want. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was awesome to deal with and very accommodating. We were even offered a very early check in when we were moving from one house to another. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This house is an amazing place!!! This was my first time renting a house in Florida and i was a little worried. I can tell you that i was 100% happy with our choice! Not only was the house fantastic but the owner was as well she was always available and even accommodated my hisband and I when we arrived early!! Thank you Waleska for sharing your wonder house with me and my family and making sure our vacation was perfect with making sure everything was as per my request. The pool was perfect my grandkids enjoyed it day and night, the neighborhood is quiet and safe!! We will be back and i will recommend this place to everyone i know wanting to stay in Florida!!

The property was very quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly and check in was a breeze. The king beds in each of the suites are “split” in the middle and each has there own remote so you can raise your head or feet if wanted. Each suite has their own step in shower and one also has a large tub. The showers have a “fixed” shower head and a hand held shower head which was nice. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and inviting. If you are going to any of the Disney parks and are trying to get into the virtual queue at 7 AM make sure you use the Wi-Fi that has the word 5G in it that is provided by the host. It’s the fastest of the two options. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic two-week stay and would highly recommend the villa. It was spotlessly clean and well kitted out with everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The location is quiet and peaceful which was great after a busy day at the theme parks. Great access to the I4 and a good Publix very nearby. The villa was exactly as described and communication with the owners was quick and easy. We would love to stay again. Thank you!

We had a great vacation, but unfortunately, the house didn't meet expectations. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, which I think I was anticipating based on the very high ratings. I wouldn't discourage people from renting here, but it felt a little dated, with older towels, squeaky beds, and older amenities. Also, plan on at least 30 - 40 minutes to get to any theme park. Finally, it wasn't the owners fault, but we were unable to enjoy the pool due to an ant infestation. To be fair, they tried to fix the issue, but no luck. Fortunately, we didn't have to pay for the pool heat, however, no compensation was offered for the unusable pool, which the kids were really looking forward to. Again, it wasn't terrible, it was fine, but it didn't feel like home, rather more like a factory rental to get as many people in and out as possible.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The home has a warm feeling to it and was so comfortable for all of us. The layout was perfect for us. Beds were extremely comfortable. My kids enjoyed the heated pool probably more than the whole trip lol I really didn't think we would utilize it very much. The garage with all the games was super fun. My oldest who is 9 got to learn how to play pool. Perfect location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was super clean. No bugs lol the owners were very fast at responding to anything I had to ask or say I even called to see if I could check in a day sooner and they were able to accommodate that. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

We had a lovely stay at this place. The property was clean and as-described. My 3 year old fell in love with her princess room and did not want to leave. The kid rooms are just adorable. The rest of the property was very nice as well with big rooms and comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and linen closets. The location—although a bit of a drive from the Disney parks—was conveniently located near the highway, and we did not mind the 15/20 minutes drive at all. The property owner was kind enough to call to make sure that the check-in instructions were properly received. All this for a very reasonable price. We had a great stay and would stay here again when we are in the area.

I have read many things on reviews about all properties on Vrbo and planned ahead by bringing extra supplies BUT I will say this home had almost everything! - the home was clean and simple -which for us was great as we have 5 kids! - The rooms all had comfortable beds/blankets/pillows and if you needed extra we saw some -we did bring our own as we drove. - they even had night lights which was a plus. - all bathroom closets have towels and more than the amount of people staying which was nice! - kitchen had all the utensils and cooking stuff you would need. -they leave you dishwasher tabs (more than needed), new sponge, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and laundry soap! We did bring our own but once again I didn’t need to as they gave more than enough. - the kids loved the pool- it had pool lights which was nice as we let them go in after the parks for a little! -the house had two king beds with bathrooms and the other two rooms had two twin beds. -they had a vacuum which I loved as I hate a dirty home and I have kids! We did not use the garage or games so we can’t speak to those it was too hot to even go in the garage and well there is a pool! The only thing that I could say we would have liked was ice. the freezer does not make any which is not a big deal as we just froze water bottles for the cooler. Overall we enjoyed your beautiful home and would love to come back. Thanks for everything.

This house was exactly as posted! House was spotless and a great location! It is only 15 miles from the parks so close enough to get there quickly, but far enough away to be out of the crowds. All of the stores were very close to the house as well. The owners were very fast with responses and wonderful to work with! I had a question if something was available in the house and got a call back within 5 minutes to confirm. I would highly recommend staying here!!
