Linger at the breakfast bar seats, or join your guests for a sit-down feast at the long, elegant dining table.

RADIO CITY KARAOKE ROOM: Get ready to belt out the lyrics to your favorite songs in the most incredible karaoke backdrop you’ve ever seen. The garage has been transformed into a “mini Radio City Music Hall,” complete with Art Deco décor, marquee lights, and even the theater’s famous medallions celebrating dance, drama, and song. Step onto the stage and grab a mic—there’s even a piano for accompaniments and chic, lounge-style seating.

ARCADE ROOM: Next door, discover the first of this mansion’s two fabulous game rooms. This one is home to a glittering array of much-loved arcade games, from Pac-Man and air hockey to a classic racing game.

POOL & PATIO: Step outside into the Florida sunshine and make it a pool party with your gang around the colossal private swimming pool. Stretch out on a lounge chair with a drink and a good book, soak in the spillover spa, or let the fun begin with pool basketball, ping-pong, or foosball. There’s even a kids’ mini water slide to thrill the little ones.

GAME LOFT: Back inside, head upstairs to find more fun surprises in the spacious game loft. Here, you can brush up your billiards skills at the pool table, try your hand at darts or ring toss, or challenge your friends to wall Scrabble.

MOVIE THEATER: If a relaxing movie night is more your jam, you’re in luck with a private theater to call your own. Your guests will love sinking into the comfy reclining chairs and enjoying a favorite flick on the big screen with surround sound (and of course, a bowl of popcorn in hand).

FITNESS ROOM: What could be more motivating than working out in your own private gym? Get in the zone with brand-new equipment, including a stationary bike and free weights. First up is the TV Lovers room—the special “12th bedroom” of the house, and perhaps the most jaw-dropping with its elaborate design and expansive layout. From corner to corner, you’ll be immersed in beloved episodes from classic TV shows with life-size characters on the wall and renderings of famous scenes and settings. Kids (or kids at heart—this room appeals to grownups, too!) can sleep inside a TV set in one of three hidden bunk beds. A curvy blue slide adds even more whimsical fun.

Upstairs, in the Desert Fantasy room, kids can imagine themselves as heroes on a yellow planet in a galaxy far away. Vivid wall art, ladders, and slides will inspire hours of play, while secret, tucked-away bunk beds will have them dreaming of starship battles where the good guys always win.

In the Enchanted Forest room, the little ones will love exploring an Alpine wonderland of hidden cottages (aka bunk beds), ladders, and fanciful wall art that will remind them of their favorite snow-princess movie. Make-believe has never been more fun, and bedtime is cozy and inviting in this Nordic fairyland.

BEDROOMS (KING, QUEEN, & FULL): Nine additional exquisite bedrooms with en-suite baths invite your guests of all ages to retreat to their own plush oases.

On the first floor, find a master king bedroom, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with its own private walk-out to the pool area.
