The first floor hosts a grand master suite with a king bed, an expansive private bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a walk‑in closet. French doors open directly to the lanai, pool, and golf view. The main level also includes tall ceilings with crown molding, a family room with a "decorative only" fireplace, a gourmet Galloway kitchen, breakfast area, center dining room, theater/game room, guest powder room, washer/dryer room, & theater/game room.

The second-floor features four additional bedrooms with a large galley way, each with a walk‑in closet, ceiling fan, and private en‑suite bathroom. To make your arrival seamless, I am available to personally meet you at the home so you can begin your vacation immediately. I reside in Reunion and I am available around the clock should any need arise. You will have my cell phone number during your stay. Bedroom layout includes a first‑floor master suite with a king bed and lanai access; a second‑floor master suite with a king bed and balcony access; a second‑floor king bedroom with front balcony access; a Harry Potter themed bunk room; and a princess‑style bunk room with two sets of bunks with balcony access.

All Fireplaces are for decor only.

Spa/Pool heat is optional and may be purchased prior to check‑in.
